did all notice that saathiya was played for 45mins today. is it a one off or new time length. any one with information pls share

No, 30 minutes but no breaks, normally the breaks make it shorter to actually only 22 minutes for an episode if you remove the adverts, but today no adverts it was a 30 minute episode.

yea it was a longer episode because there were no breaks

might be to raise TRPs. but the dialogues are so long for Koki and Rashi and interjections of Maji from Gopi and Javade from Hetal that there is very little progress in the story- more unecessary scenes like a pravachan on cactus and the modelling ( oh! dear) that took up all the time ending of course in kalakari; it is better to read updates or even miss one episode so that the increase in time and lack of ads don't end up taking our time. We see the serial for Gopi and it seems meaningless when she is reduced to monosyllables most of the time.
