Part 8:

He couldn't belive it!! He hugged her tight and breathed her scent in!

After a short time he broke the hug and cupped her face in his hands.

M: you are here? How are you? Are you fine? Did that b****rd hurt you!? How did you come here?

G: Maan relax! I'm fine! Please let us go inside. He took her hand and they went inside. He closed the door behind them and locked it.

G: Maan, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry!! She began to cry. Maan took her in his arms and hugged her tight.

M: Shhht, Geet, its ok. Everything is fine. You are here now. Now thell me what happened. And I'm not angry at you. I know you had no fault.

Geet rested her head on his chest and told him everything what happened. Maan couldn't believe what he heard. His anger awoke in him, but he controlled himself for Geet. He took her wounded hand in his and kissed the wound.

M: Geet I promise you, I wont leave that b******!! He will pay for everything for what he has done to you!!

G: Maan, please don't do anything. What if something happens to you? I can't risk loosing you!!

M: Don't worry! Nothing will happen for me.

G: Maan, we have to hurry up. It won't be long and they will find out that I have run away. They will be looking for me! Please take your passeport and pack your back quick. We have to take the next aviable flight.

M: ok, you don't worry and help me packing.

He took a bag and gave it Geet. Than he took few of his clothes and items and gave them all to Geet. They finished in no time. When Maan went to his drawer to take his passeport, he remembered that he left it in his bag.

M: Sh*t!! No, Geet, I left my bag yesterday at the caf. I have to go there and get it.

G: forget your bag, we have to go now.

M: my passeport is in it. I have to get it. Ok, you will go straight at the airport and buy the tickets. I will go to the caf and I will join you as soon as possible.

G: Maan, I am afraid. What if something goes wrong?

He took her hands in his and kissed her forehad.

M: do you trust me?

G: more than anyone or anything in this world.

M: then don't be afraid. Everything will be fine.

He took Geet in his arms, when they heard the door bell. Both were shocked. Maan released Geet and went to the door to open it, but Geet hold his arm and shook her head not to open the door. He looked at her with a "don't worry" look and looked at the peephole in the door.

He was shocked to see Geets father, Brij, Karan and Sonu at the door. How did they find out that Geet was here?

30 minutes ago in the Handa house:

Geet left the house and run around the corner in the street. From the opposite side of the street, the Handa man came around the corner. They missed Geet for just a second.

They entered the house and Sonu went straight with a smirk into his room. He went inside, but Geet wasn't there. He went to the bathroom and checked there, but she wasn't there too.

He went to the kitchen, the living-room, but she was no where to seen. Brij saw Sonu walking from one room to the other and looking for something.

B: Sonu? What are you looking for?

S: Brij, Geet is not in the room and I can't find her.

B: How you can't find her?? GEEET!! COME OUT WHERE EVER YOU ARE!!

Everyone stormed into the living-room with the loud shouting of Brij.

R: Brij my son, why are you shouting like this? What's wrong?

B: Paa, Geet is not here.

R: What?!?! She has to be here. Khanika, Maa!! Where the hell is Geet??

KH: Geet? She has to be here.

S: No Maa, I looked everywhere. She is not at home. Where is she?? I want my wife, here and at this moment!!

B: Where did she go? Maa, Dadi, where is Geet? Tell me now, or both of you have to live with the consequences!!

KH: Beta, where do I know it? She was just in her room.

Karan came storming into the living-room.

K: she took her passeport with her. It's not in the drawer in Maa's room.

Everyone was shocked with the news. Sonu run with anger to his room, to look for his money and the jewellery.

S: AAAHHH!!!! SHE TOOK ALL THE MONEY AND JEWELLERY WITH HER!! I WON'T LEAVE HER!!

Brij was shocked and doesn't know how to react. At this moment, his phone began to ring.

B: HELLO!!!

Person: Bhaiji, I saw your sister in the bus.

B: WHAT?!?! WHERE, WHEN?!?!

P: Relax bhaiji. I knew that something was wrong, as she left the house all alone the next day of her wedding. So I followed her. She wen't to an apartment. I'm now in front of the building.

B: Say me address and non't move from there. Who is living there?!! ANSWER ME GOD DAM IT!!

P: Some Maan Singh. HE lives at xxx xx xx xxx Street.

B: Don't move.

P: OK bhaiji.

Brij cuts the call. To the others in the room:

B: I know where she is. She is with her b*****d of lover!!

Dadi self-thought: Hai Rabba!! I have to stop them somehow.

D: Beta, why don't you just leave her?

S: Are you out of your mind?!?!?! After all she has done I should leave her?? I won't spare her!! She is mine and I will take her back!! She has to be punished, and I know exactly what I will do to her!! She played with my honor and respect and run away with her lover?? I will kill her for that!!

B: He is right!! He played with our izzad and it is my responsebility to kill her with my own hands!! Karan bhai, dad, Sonu, follow me!!

Khanika is crying her eyes out. They will kill her daughter!!

Kh: Nahi!!! Don't do this to her!! She is my only daughter!! She is your sister!! How can you do such a thing??

She clung to Brijs shirt, but he simply grabbed her hands, pushed them away and stormed out the house, followed by the other men, leaving the women in the house crying and praying for the life and well being of their beloved daughter.

Present:

Brij and Sonu slammed the door so hard, that it could break any minute.

Maan turned to Geet.

M: Geet, your family, they are at the door. They found out that you are here. You have to go. NOW!!

G: How can I leave you and just go???

Geet had tears in her eyes. She would do anything what Maan told her, but how could she leave her life, her soul, her everything and run away?? Maan took Geet in his arms and hugged her tight. He kissed her forehead.

M: Geet, don't worry. You go straight to the airport and buy the tickets. I will hang them up, take my passeport and follow you. Don't worry. Nothing will happen to me. You just go out from the fire escape. Just go. Take my mobile with you.

He took his mobile and gave it to Geet. He took her to the window and helped her to the stairs. She looked a last time at him, before she run down the stairs and went into the next cab and drowe off.

Maan looked a last time to Geet, before he run to the door. The door was on the verge to break, and with the last slam on the door, it broke open. The men stormed in and Brij and Sonu stormed direcktly to Maan and punched him. Maan was trained in martial arts and blocked the punch with a few hand movements He couldn't stop himself when he saw Sonu and began to punch him and Brij hard. Karan and Rajveer looked in the meanwhile for Geet, but she wasn't to be found.

R: Geet is not here!!

Sonu and Brij stopped trying to attac Maan and block his punches, when they heared that. That couldn't be possible. Maan tried to calm his anger for Geets sake and took the opportunity and ran out of the apartment and out of the building.

Then, Karan saw pictures of Geet on the table and showd them to the others. They knew that Geet has been here.

They looked at the place where Maan stood just a moment ago, but he wans't there. They stormed out of the building and saw Maan enter a cab. They took the next cab and instructed the driver to follow the cab in the front.

Maans cab drove by the yellow traffic lights the street down, but when the Handas where at the traffic lights, it was red and they were forced to wait, as the driver was not ready to break the rules.

In the maintime Geet reached the airpost and brought two tickets to Delhi. The flight was in 30 minutes. All she could do is sit down and pray that Maan would come in time and be safe.

Maan reached the caf and exited the cab. He told the driver to wait for him. He stromed into the caf and went into the room for the workers, where the changing room was. He took his bag and run out again into the waiting cab.

Karan in the cab recognized Maan. He was the boy who worked in the caf with Geet. The street, on which Maan drove of, went straight to the caf, so he instructed the driver to drive to the caf. When they reached there, they saw Maan exiting the caf and entering the cab again. They followed him until the airport, where they all went out of the cabs.

Maan run inside. When he was checked by the officers before entering the airport, he saw the Handas following him and run as soon as possible in to the crowd and the men lost trace of Maan. He went to the next phone and called Geet. She took the call by the first ring.

G: Maan?! Where are you??

M: Geet!! Relax! I'm in the airport. Where are you?

G: I'm waiting at the xxx terminal for the next flight to Delhi. The flight is in just few minutes. Please come quick.

M: Geet, now listen to me. Your family has followed me. They are looking for me. If I can't make it to the flight, then don't wait for me. Take the flight and I will come as soon as possible after you.

G: Maan, please hurry up!!

M: I'm coming. I love you.

G: I love you too.

They hung up. While Maan run to the Terminal, the Handas splitted into two groups to look for Maan and Geet, as she has to be here somewhere too.

Geet turned her head and was shocked to see Sonu and Brij just 200m away. Brij turned his head and spotted Geet. Geet ran to the passeport control to escape the monsters which followed her, as they run to her direction. Geet pleaded the officer to be quick as they have reached the passeport control. The officer gave Geets passeport and she stormed in the direction of the plane, as Brij was just a feed behind her'
