Why not sue the doctors

I was really disappointed that after Akshara was cleared by the Ward boy/nurse not to be the one bribing him forthe gender test, the whole family just let go the whole issue. I do understand that it was an eye opener for those who get the tests done for wrong reasons, but at the same time the way teh pregnant woman was questioned so disrespectfully and was not given proper care, it aslo sends a bad message regardingthe doctors (OG/GYNs) beimg heartless and not understanding and refusing to listen to the patient. The family should have atleast raised voice against the treatment no matter what the crime was. Also being in medical field, I think anybody has a right to know the gender but it is the fact afterwards ( the decision to keep or not keep) should be questioned. First of all Akshara was not even there for taht particular fact, but even ifshe was that should not be a crime.
