It's the first time that it will be seen by the world because so far, the actor has refrained from making any kind of public appearances ever since the news of her pregnancy broke.
The previous campaign featured Aishwarya with her husband-actor Abhishek Bachchan where the duo was seen romancing each other inside a house. This time, the concept has been written and put together in a specific manner that allows Ash to shoot with ease. However, the bump was bigger than most expected and concealing it was tough.
