Perhaps Akshara should ask her in-laws and mother to give her a daily TO-DO and TO-EAT list. There is no reason for her not to eat what she wants or even walk (good for her exercise) around.

My sister who is a yoga teacher, was herself doing yoga through out her pregnancy time. It gives the flexibility to the body and the joints are well tuned to deliver the baby.

Akshara's in-laws are so backward but they live like they are modern people. What a disparity...
