Body
Fitness – "Fitness means being healthy, not only externally but internally as well. When one is fit one faces each day of life with a smile.
I exercise almost six days a week for an hour daily. I go to the gym for weight training regularly. I love playing football. It is a good exercise for building stamina, endurance and speed.
Diet – I am a foodie and eat everything. I usually have four or five meals in a day. For breakfast I have idli, wada or eggs and sausages. Lunch is usually home cooked food that is chicken, rotis, salad, dal and vegetables. In-between I have filler meals like a small omelette, burger or pizza. I usually avoid dinner but if I do it is a vegetarian meal.
Mind
I like to spend time with my wife when I am not shooting. We go to coffee shops or watch movies together. Playing football also de stresses me, as I enjoy the game. I love travelling be it in India or abroad and its great fun. I also believe in the power of the mind and by thinking positive one can lead a better life.
Spirit
I respect God and believe in him but am not into elaborate rituals. I do visit temples and Gurudwaras as I feel at peace there. God is inside each human being, spirituality is ones inner consciousness. It is very important to be a kind and good human being. I believe in karma, it is ones behaviour and thoughts that matter the most. One has to be responsible for ones action.
