Bollywood celebs and their increasing inclination towards the small screen, is known to one and all. However, it's Hrithik Roshan, who seems to rule the chart, at least that's what the ratings suggests.
Amitabh Bachchan's KBC- 5's opening week TAM ratings are 4.5, India's Got Talent opened to 3.9..Hrithik Roshan's debut on TV with dance reality show, Just Dance, on a simultaneous telecast (Star Plus, Star One and Star Parvah) got an opening of 4.7 (according to TAM). These are the highest television rating points (TRPs) for a non-fiction show in 2011. Just Dance, is a show, where the best dance talents have been chosen, following a series of global auditions in cities from New York to Kolkata. 30,000 contestants, 52 were selected initially and now they are in the process of showcasing their unique dance moves to choreographers Farah Khan and Vaibhavi Merchant and Hrithik Roshan.
The dancers' intense training and the superstar's personal involvement will push them to transform from dancers to performing stars.
Hrithik is thrilled with the viewer response to the show. He said, "The credit for the super opening must entirely go to the channel's team, SOL and Carving Dreams. TV is about content and from all the feedback that I have received, it's clear that they've built a good show. I am super excited and am looking forward to the next vigorous round of competition between the best dancers from across the world!"
