Evidence of gauri jagya court marriage

To prove anandi as characterless, gauri's lawyer might create an evidence such as anandi's lover.This is not enough for them to win the case, as gauri & jagyas illegal marriage might come into light and put jagya behind bars.So to win this case they also need to hide this evidence??How can they do it? Can gauri erase records of her court marriage with jagya? Can anyone throw some light on this?
