Ok i will explain a little. Way back, Bauji and Dida had adopted a person Annirudh(played by CG of KTH). All was fine then. One day, after he got married, Annirudh found out that he was adopted and felt that he would not get the kind of love that Mayank,Naveen, Rudraksh, etc had gotten. This woman Nirmala devi is ani's wife. Afterwards, Ani had decided to leave the house, but wanted his share of the property. Bauji in anger gave them nothing but that small land where Bauji's dad was buried,after wards Mayank was buried. After Kavya started to poke his nose in the property, Nirmala's son Arav(still not confirmed if he is the son)found it necessary to keep the Nanda's off the property. After Nirmala came to Nanda's, she got posession of the Nanda property with help from Naveen.
