Mahen is writing Laxmi not wrong on his whiteboard & wishing everyone treats Laxmi properly & that sheis always happy. Laxmi is at his door observing all this. She says how is it possible when her friend is so disturbed. She walks in & looks at the board, the allegations hang between them & Mahen doesn't know where to look. In his characteristic simplicity, he folds his hands & just says sorry. Laxmi signs him to remove his folded hands. Mahen goes on to say that he had to say all that for her happiness & he didn't mean it.He calls her Sanskaar Laxmi for their house. He even calls himself bad & asks her to punish him in whatever way she wants…even agrees to become a "murga"!!oh…Mahen…u r too cute!
Laxmi says that she is the one who is bad…(lo!! Ab bad hone ke liye jhagada!!Someone call Tej/Shobna & the argument will cease!!!Guess who will walk away with honours??!!!) Laxmi says that her respect has grown by leaps & bounds & now she folds her hands in front of him. He says that he is not God, just Laxmi's best friend…he requests her to continue being his best friend. She promises forever. Mahen sends her off as he is tired & adds that Angad must be waiting for her. She bids him goodnite & leaves. Mahen calls out to her as soon as she is about to get out of the door & he signals thumbs up(Hazaaro khwaishe aisi …a beautiful song…plays in the background)He wishes her all the best for future & all the happiness.
Dowstairs, Kaaveri is sitting on the stairs heartbroken, leaning hear head on the rails. Dadaji comes & sits beside her, trying to console her. He says the situation was created by God & not them, so who are they to question it? He also says that Laxmi got married to that person whom she loved & she is with them, so isnt it God's mercy & wish. Kaaveri says God's wishes only confuses her. He first related Shobna & Kaaveri as sisters, then sent both to the same house as devrani-jethani. Now, since she's made Laxmi her daughter, another relation has been created between them..that of in-laws. However, the love has diminished inspite of so many relations between them. Dadaji puts his hand on her head.
Angad is working on his laptop…when Laxmi comes in & just stands. He questions her & asks her to take out the clothes. She stares. He asks her to change, or does she intend to stay in same clothes till next anniversary!!! She smiles & starts going, when he asks what did she think he was saying? She just rushes to the bathroom with a change of clothes while he shakes his head. She has come out all fresh in a peach suit, open hair…(huh??😲what about the precap???!!!...in the precap she def had her bridal makeup on…hmmm…not liking the editing done!!!)Angad asks her to sit. He v practically outlines that their relationship has undergone a massive change. They were friends earlier, now husband-wife. Fact that she loved him from before and he never thought of her like that.(Ok…so does one need to be so practical all the time????!!!😡) He adds that this might give her some grief, but it wont reduce how much he cares for her. However, he says that one cant force love, it just happens. He respects for her & likes caring for her…& then asks whether she is getting the point. Laxmi nods. Angad sighs that he's talking like an oldie as soon as he's got married & invites her to say something too as both of them have got married. He wants to know of her reaction too to the marriage(Finally!! Kissi ne toh poocha!!). She says she doesn't have much to add except that she respects & has full faith in all his decisions, will be by his side always. He smiles & thanks her. She gets up & collects her mat & bedding(how come it was all lying beside the dressing table??who put it there?????😲Angad didn't even c it, or he is used to any stuff being in his room??) when Angad questions her about it. She says its her bedding. He says again the filmy treatment?!!!(lol!!😆) He again repeats that he agrees that he doesn't love her(kitne baar bolega??till the time she cries or I scream?!!!) & their marriage was sudden. He says they are still friends. Marital relations will happen eventually, & he is ok with sharing the bed with her.(Reshmi yu hogayi aisi mere tanhaiya plays…beautiful bg score) Angad switches off the light & she also joins him on the bed, stealing glances at him every now & then.
There Tej is telling Shobna what did she get by breaking relations with her son? He calls him her eklauta beta(only son)(huh???😲😲Uttang kisska baccha hai?Padosi ka ki naukar ka?????!!!!😆blooper...)He rubs a bit more salt to her wounds. Shobna says didn't Angad lose too…he lost his mom. Tej says so what, he got his wife's love as well as he's got rest of the family's support. He says her temper blew all chances with rest of the family. Shobna says she doesn't care, if he abides by his vows to Laxmi, then she doesn't want any relations with Angad. Tej tells her that you not only kicked Kaaveri's daughter, you actually kicked Goddess Laxmi. He tells her about the POA & how she kicked it herself.She says she doesn't want the POA or money when the son for whom she was eager for it all has left her. She says that for a mom, her son is more important than money(ok…so she at least knows that!!!😳) Tej says but he needs it na! Shobna says what?Tej changes the topic & says that he wants his saala back. Shobna says with a menacing look that she will never let Laxmi & Angad unite & will separate them.
On the other hand, in AnXmi's room, Laxmi is determined that she will unite the mom-son!! Duh!!!
Next day morning, Laxmi comes in a blue suit, pink towel(never seen a pinker towel!!!😆) She stands near Angad's side & is wiping off her hair…filmy…v filmy…Laxmi surely has done a PhD in movie!!😉 The water droplets disturb Angad, but he sleeps on. Laxmi meanwhile goes closer to him & tries to remove the water droplets off Angad's face. He turns away. The (pehle kyu bg score returns…nice)
Downstairs, Kaaveri is praying to the Tulsi maata whilst Dadi watches on. Kaaveri thanks Tulsi ji for AnXmi alliance & prays for Harsukh's fast recovery. Dadi says that nothing will b ok till Shobna accepts Laxmi. Kaaveri says they will have to find a way so that peace prevails. Dadi asks whether she has any plans. Kaaveri says no but mebe they can convince Vijay which then might ease the path to convincing Shobna. Dadi questions this too. Kaaveri says that maybe he can understand her as a saali(wife's sister) if not as bhabhi(brother's wife) Dadi signals that he is coming. Vijay just folds his hand in front of the Tulsi & starts leaving when Kaaveri gives him prasaad & stops him. She says she wanted to talk to him about something. He says he wont talk about Laxmi. She says she wants to talk about him only. She starts narrating his childhood pranks & the resultant beating from Ba…but she never broke relations with him. She says if Angad has done something wrong, then he has all rights to be angry with him, but don't break relations. He says I heard what a bhabhi said to her devar, now as Saali you listen to what your Jija wants to say. He reminds her of the pain which she & Harsukh underwent when they came to know about Suraj's deceits. He is currently undergoing the same shock & pain. He says that Angad's inflicted pain is unforgiveable & he will not be able to do so, even though she might have forgiven Suraj. Laxmi is on the stairs & has heard the whole interaction. She wipes her tears.
Precap:Its raining & Laxmi comes out of one side of the aangan. She is wearing a yellow sari with pink border. She looks happy when she spots Angad. She comes in front of Angad. He looks her up & smilingly asks whether she had some work. She stammers that she got tea for him. He questions where is it??😆!! she 4got that she aint holding any cup!! She gets embarrassed!!!😳
