I was happy to see that majority of u like Maan of mere humsafar and yes many of u r right that there is a past behind this behaviour of Maan I will reveal it at the right moment... I promise that each one of u would enjoy the story as it progresses

PART 18

Geet goes back to the outhouse

Annie: Geet...Geet

Geet does not respond she simply leaves the place

Maan also comes out and goes to his room

Dev notices that something is wrong with Maan

Dadima is waiting for everyone

Dadi: Dev aap aa gaye...Annie kaha hai? (Ok so finally u r here Dev...where is Annie?)

Annie also arrives

Dadi: lijiye Annie bhi aa gayi

Dadi notices that Annie and Dev are lost somewhere

Dadi: Bete aap dono ko kya ho gaya hai aap pareshan lag rahe hai (What happened u both look worried)

Dev: Dadi maine abhi Bro ko dekha wo kafi gusse mein nazar aa rahe the(It seems that Bro is in a very bad mood today)

Annie: Exactly, maine bhi abhi geet ko aawaz di magar wo bhi bade hi gusse se chali gayi (Same is the case with geet)

Dadi: Annie bete aapne geet ko kaha dekha (Exactly where did u see Geet?)

Annie: Dadi maine geet ko terrace se nikalthe hue dekha (Near the terrace)

Dev: Bro bhi tho wahi the...

Dadi: Iska matlab hai unn dono k beech phir se ladai ho gayi (This means that a fight has occured between the two of them)

Annie: Dadi toh ab hum kya kare? (now what should we do?)

Dadi: Hum kuch nahi karenge Annie jhada unhone kiya hai issliye sulah bhi wahi karenge ..wo koi chothe bachhe nahi jo humhe unke maamle mein taang adana pade (We r not going to do anything...the problem is between the two of them and they r matured enough to resolve it at their own level)

Dev: Ji Dadi magar hum sab ne milkar faisla kiya tha na k hum Bro aur Geet ko paas lane mein madat karenge

Dadi: Ji bete magar hum unki madat tabhi karenge jab unhe humari zaroorat hogi...koi bhi rishta zabran nahi banaya jaa saktha ...rishte ki shuruwat unhi ko karni hogi uss rishte ko anjaam tak hum pauchaayenge (Dev we would only help them when they really require it...we can't force them to get into a relationship)

Dadi: Aap dono Maan aur Geet k saamne iss baat ka zikr hargis nahi karenge samjhe aap (None of u would discuss this matter in front of Maan n Geet)

Dev: Ji Dadi

Dadi: Chaliye ab nashtha kijiye ( Let's have breakfast)

Outhouse

Geet is trying to calm down herself

She removes her diary and starts writing

" Aaj jo kuch bhi hua ussmein kya sirf unki galti thi...

Shayad nahi...main bhi utni hi galat thi jitna k woh...

Haan yahi sach hai...wo lamha hi kuch aisa tha jisme k hum dono kamzoor ho gaye...

Main bhi toh unki taraf kheechi chali jaa rahi thi...

Unn kuch lamho mein maine unka ek naya roop dekha

Najane kyun mujhe unki aakhon mein ek narmi nazar aayi...

Aisa laga k woh jaise dikhthe hai waise wo hai nahi

Unke sakth shareer ke peeche ek maasoom sa dil hai jo k logo k dard ko samajtha hai aur mehsoos bhi kartha hai

Magar uske baad unhone jo kuch bhi mujhe kaha wo koi bhi ladki seh nahi sakthi thi

Gusse mein aakar maine unhe karara jawab toh de diya

magar ab aisa lag raha hai k unke iss bartaav k peeche zaroor koi badi wajah hai

Hum dono k beech ladayiyaan toh hoti rehti hai magar har baar inn ladayiyon mein maine ek baat mehsoos ki hai k

Agar wo itne bure hothe tho wo mera itna khayal nahi rakthe...Dadi aur Annie k naa hone k bawajood bhi unhone mera dhyan rakha...

Wo itne bure nahi hai...agar mujhe unhe badalna hai toh gusse se nahi balki shant dimag se kaam lena hoga

Mujhe unhe yakeen dilana hoga k zindagi mein rishto ki kya importance hai

Babaji meri madat karna...aap hi ke wajah se main aaj ye samaj paayi hoon k unke rawaiye k peeche zaroor koi wajah hai

Wo bure insaan nahi hai...

Geet stops writing and gets ready to leave for work

Meanwhile,

Maan enters his room

Maan is feeling guilty

He removes a photograph and looks at it angrily

Maan: Aaj jo kuch bhi hua uski zimedaar sirf ye aurat hai...isi ke wajah se mujhe auratjaat k naam se hi nafrat ho gayi hai...saare rishto se mera bharosa utt gaya hai... maine aaj jo kuch bhi kaha wo sach toh kaha magar...

He stops for a while

Maan: Magar maine Geet par ye kaisa ilzaam laga diya... main Geet k baare mein aisa soch bhi kaise saktha hoon...

Maan: Humare beech unn kuch lamho mein jo kuch bhi hua usmein meri bhi toh galti thi...mujhe geet se aisi baate nahi karni chahiye thi...

Maan: Usne meri baato ka jo jawab diya wo sahi tha...magar maine geet k baare mein aisa socha bi kaise...main bhale hi usse pasand nahi karta magar ye baat bhi sach hai k woh alag hai...wo kabhi kisi galat baat ka saath nahi dethi

Maan throws the photograph

Maan: Maine Geet ka dil dhukhaya hai mujhe usse maafi maangni chahiye... nahi main MSK hoon main kisise maafi nahi maang saktha

Maan once again suppresses his feelings

He was about to leave his room but then before going out he goes and stands near the window

Geet is ready to leave for work

She is looking very beautiful

Maan is simply admiring her

Maan: Kaash main wo saare lafz wapas le saktha...jinki wajah se aaj tumhe takleef pauchi...
