Ichcha interference to all the unnecessary things

I cant understand what ichcha character is.
1. She is interfering in all unnecessary matters. Ex. Avinash
2. She s not a obedient daughter to ammo.
She was adament n d matter of vansh.
Now eventhough ammo wants to leave avinash's home, she s not obeying her words.

Her character showcased as stupid and adament.
