The serial opens with Naina organizing a children's party and separately we see Daksh trying to find out from the teacher with Naina is. The teacher takes him to the room, where the children are gathered. Naina hides in a corner, as Daksh and the teacher enter the room. Seeing the room decorated Daksh feels strange as to what this celebration is about. He sees the little ones, standing in a line, in front of the table, with a decorated cake, and smile at him. Little Priya with her doll, comes running to Daksh and tells him that it is s surprise for him, and the children turn and show placards pinned on their back, each one with a letter, and it reads: The children have mixed up the order and when they stand properly, it can be read, and Daksh reads it as says, AINA LOVES DAKSH - Daksh asks the little girl, who is Aina. She strikes her forehead and says, she made a mistake, and goes and stands in line, with her "N" pinned to her back, He reads it and heaves a sigh of joy, and Naina comes in from her hiding place, and everyone is happy. The song Naina Tere, gives an uplift, and feeling of resolution, of their love for each other. The girls want them to cut the cake, and it is done and the cake is shared and everyone is happy. The teacher has a new treat for the kids, and they have to run to the kitchen to get it, and it is Ice Cream. The children run from the room, and now they are alone, the three of them. She tells Naina and Daksh to remain back, as she leaves to the kitchen, and the two have a quiet time to talk to each other.
As they relax and speak of the old days, Daksh recalls that he is reminded of the day they celebrated the anniversary of his father and mother, and how he had set up a surprise for her on the terrace, and tells her all about it, and how he was disappointed with all those things that followed. Naina wonders loudly to him, why all these things happened. If he had told her all this at that time, so much of pain could have been avoided,. She tells him, that even this day would not have happened. She asks him, "Is it not true, that whatever happens, happens for our own good?:" She asks him, to give her the Love Globe, and he tells her that it is broken. She tells him, she would like to keep the broken one, and like this this spend the rest of the night.
A new day dawns. At home, Sanket brings the news, that he has received a message from Naina. They will reach Mumbai in another two or two and a half hours. Vidyadhar is comforted that they will come and help to resolve this difficult issue, which he never thought they would have to contend with. Vibha is upset at the situation of Akruti and she persuades them to keep calm, and think of the girl, and what she must be going through. All can make mistakes she says, and we should learn how to live with them. She tells them that she is more upset, that they boy has turned out to be like this, that he refuses to marry her.
As the new day arrives, the children are anxiously waiting and little Priya is crying that her best friends are going to go back. Daksh wipes her tears, and tells her not to cry. Naina too tells her that if she cries, her Daksh Bhayya too will cry. They tell them that it is getting late, and they have to leave now, but before that the teacher has something to give them, in remembrance of this day. The teacher presents them a pair on dancing anklets for Naina, and a guitar for Daksh, and they leave for home. As the two, holding hand in hand, walk down the paved path to their car, the little ones of this house, wave with their hands wishing them all the best, in broad smiles on their faces.
Sonakshi is desolate, and writing notes of love for Daksh and is dreaming listlessly, as in the background the TV is announcing news of the road to Mumbai having been cleared, and people have started to move on these highways. She has been preparing to meet Daksh.
On the way back, in the car, Naina is looking for something, and when Daksh tries to find out what it is, she tells him, she wants some water. He stops the car at the lay bay at the highway and opens the boot of the car and takes out a bottle of water, and tehy rest on the bonnet, and have a drink. Daksh asks what she was thinking about in the car, whether about the wedding plans of their wedding, and she calls him Kadoos, and asks, if she was to plan the wedding, who would take the Sath Phere with him, and they joke like this. She tells him, that Akruti and Akul will handle it, but Daksh wants a simple wedding. Finally, they sit in the car and drive off to Mumbai.
Sonakshi, has sat in her car, and driving on the highway, and at a passing flower shop, she stops her car, and buys a bouquet of flowers. Hands over the money to the vendor and walks back to her car, and on the high way, Daksh and Naina too are chatting with each other, and talking about wedding plans. When they reach the destination, Naina and Daksh are facing each other and she tries to brush his hair, and Sonakshi happens to watch them and she is distressed.
