Eisha Singh clarifies her mother never confirmed engagement with Avinash Mishra

Eisha Singh has addressed rumours linking her to Avinash Mishra and the speculation about a secret engagement, calling them “absolutely wrong.” In an exclusive conversation with TellyTalkIndia/Zoom, the actress clarified that her mother would never confirm such claims and urged fans to stop involving her family in baseless discussions.

The rumours began after Bigg Boss 18, where Eisha and Avinash’s bond was discussed on the show. Host Salman Khan had mentioned that Eisha’s mother had observed her daughter getting unusually close to someone on the show, which was later misinterpreted as confirmation of an engagement.

Speaking to TellyTalkIndia/Zoom, Eisha said, “Ye mat bolo ki meri maa ne confirm kiya hai, because it is not true.” She further explained, “Meri engagement hogi toh mai kyu chupaungi. Rumours pehle bhi udi hai, maine unpe kabhi itna dhyaan nahi diya. Lakin aap agar meri family ko lekar aoge aur ye bologe ki meri maa ne confirm kiya hai, it is absolutely wrong. Aap mughe dikha do kaha bola hai, meri maa kabhi aisa nahi bolegi. Aaj agar meri engagement hogi toh aap logo ko pata lag jayega. Rumour uda di, okay, but ye mat bolo ki meri maa ne confirm kiya hai.”

She added that she was upset about the certainty with which false information was being spread involving her family, saying, “Mughe nahi accha lagta ki aap meri family ko false cheezo mein include karo.”

Eisha also spoke about the legal actions taken against trolls, clarifying that it was her legal team, rather than her mother, who suggested the move. “We did take the legal actions because vo necessary tha ki aap itne daave se ye nahi bol sakte ho ki mere ghar valo ne bola tha. More than mumma, meri legal team ne hi suggest kiya tha ki we should do it, toh vo huya,” she explained.

Last week, Eisha’s mother, Rekha Singh, had also addressed the situation, stating that she was unaware of her name being used in the rumours and confirming that she had consulted Eisha’s legal team before taking action.

For context, Karanveer Mehra emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss Season 18, Eisha Singh finished as the fifth runner-up, and Avinash Mishra was the third runner-up.
