Saru says she has decided to give her 500 acres land to Gulaal and Kesar's child. Everyone is shocked, Kesar looks at Gulaal wondering what to do and say. Mota Bha expresses surprise, Saru asks if she doesn't have a right over their child. Jamna says there are other kids besides Kesar and Gulaal, Saru laughs and says she knew Jamna would say something because Jamna is the youngest kid among all, Mota Bha and Ghigha have done a lot for everyone else, but Saru is doing this for the coming generation. Jamna tells her to think long and hard before doing injustice to the coming generation, Saru tells her she thought about it and it is hard to digest talks of justice coming from Jamna, Jamna leaves angrily. Dushyant apologizes. Mota Bha asks her to not take a decision in a hurry, Saru scolds him. Saru signs the papers and asks Gulaal and Kesar to sign, both are in a fix, poor Kesar is just a victim in all of this. Mota Bha looks at them as if he knows what is going on - I won't be surprised if he called Saru, and Saru is doing whatever she can to make Gulaal realize the sanctity of her marriage. Gulaal and Kesar ask her to think once more, Kesar says she could distribute her property instead. Saru stays adamant and says she doesn't know how much more she will live, her last wish is to see Kesar and Gulaal's child, after Vasant's leaving Gulaal's wounds can be healed by a child, and Saru will think that her Vasant has returned. Gulaal is stunned, Kesar as always looks at her in pain completely understanding her side. Gulaal is called away for work.
Jamna grumbles to Raman, he tells her that if Saru finds out about the deeyarvattu's breaking in two months she will change her mind, Jamna agrees and says that then they will get her property. Ghigha overhears and gets angry at both of them and threatens Jamna to not utter a word about the deeyarvattu, and leaves. Jamna says that the words will not come from her, Raman tells her she has his full support.
Gulaal is in the kitchen cutting vegetables and thinking about Saru's words, she is about to cut her finger when Kesar comes and takes her hand away saving it from getting cut scolding her and asking where her mind is, then he says he knows what she is thinking and takes her aside.The beautiful flute music plays. I always wait to listen to this music because it makes me feel that whatever incident is taking place while this music is playing, is all weaving together to bring Kesar and Gulaal together, every single incident brings them a step closer. Kesar takes her hand and gets her out of the kitchen and says he will tell Saru everything, Gulaal refuses, he says they cannot keep her in the dark, Gulaal disagrees and says she will get hurt, Mota Bha and Ghigha will feel bad, Kesar says they have to tell her anyway so why not today and the burden will be uplifted from Gulaal's shoulders. Saru and Paan baa look at Gulaal and Kesar arguing from a distance. Jamna gifts Saru a basket and sees the two arguing as well, she tells Saru that it is said that if five married women are given items that are signs of marriage their wish gets fulfilled, Saru should do the same before Talli's engagement, it will be good for Gulaal too. Saru is happy with the suggestion.
Saru is giving the items out and calls Gulaal to sit next to the other woman - Jamna, Paan Baa, Sudha, and someone else. Saru hands out all the gifts, Gulaal hesitates but then accepts it. Looks like Jamna wanted Gulaal to blurt out the truth but she failed. Gulaal looks very pretty. She has started wearing really nice clothes, as a sign of her moving on.
Dushyant comes asking Sudha for the jewelry bill. He looks at the bill and calls their family jeweler asking for the price of gold, he tells Dushyant Rs 20,000, Dushyant asks if the price has increased to Rs 28,000, the jeweler says if it were to increase so much people would start selling fake jewels. Dushyant hears fake and he has an idea, he asks the jeweler for ways to spot fake jewelry and then hangs up.
Sudha and Reva are dressing Talli but need to leave to receive Kunal. Dushyant says he will stay there with Talli and blesses her saying if she needs anything she should call her brother Dushyant. I guess no Dulli then. Dushyant takes Talli's necklace and puts a magnet against it, the magnet sticks to the jewelry and Dushyant looks worried as if his suspicions have come true.
Precap: Someone shows Paan Baa photos of a girl and says as soon as Paan Baa called her she came, what is to happen in two months why not now, to bring photos of a nice girl for Kesar. Jamna gives a side smile. Saru comes there and looks confused. I think Saru will think of Dushyant for that girl in the photo.
One way to spot fake gold is if magnet attaches itself to the gold. Clearly Dushyant is onto Raman.
