It appears that SS wants to replace Ammaji and wants to marry Ganga. Ganga is not even seventeen. What is the legal age limit in India for marriage? If SS marries Ganga is n't that punishable by law?

the legal age for marriage in india is 18 yrs for girls and 21 yrs for boys...

people like thakurs dont worry about legal things...this is what the creatives want to show...thakurs have done many many things which are punishable like shakti forcing kesar to abort their children, domestic violence, plotting to kill pratigya twice, almost killing kesar, arushi marrying shakti who was already married etc etc...

so for SS law doesnt matter...he has his own rules and does what he feels...even if pratigya reports to police SS will bribe them...

The legal marriage age in India for women is 18 yrs and men is 21 yrs. Getting married to an underage person is a crime punishable by law. The marriage would be nullified upon report and the person who married the underage person gets a jail time for upto 7 yrs.
