Star One New Article-Abhay all set for boxing match..!!Abhay (Vivian D'sena) from STAR One's Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani is all set to fight a boxing match against Chirag (Mohit Keswani), as he suspects that he is a werewolf ,and he needs his blood to save his dad Chand (Naved Aslam), in the mahaepisode of the show this weekend. However, this is not going to be an easy task for Abhay, as there are a lot of twists and turns coming up.
A STAR One.in source reveals, "As Abhay suspects that Chirag is a werewolf, he will beat him up badly during the boxing match. Neel and Jay don't want Chirag to lose, so when they see his condition, they will enter the ring. However, Abhay will beat them up black and blue too. In the process, Abhay will remember that the werewolf had been injured during their earlier fight and that Chirag does not show any sign of injury. He will then be left confused about who the real werewolf is."
A determined Abhay says, "I have to win this match at any cost, as I have to save dad, and that will only be possible if I get the blood of the werewolf. I am fully prepared for the fight." On the other hand, Chirag adds, "I am a little scared about fighting Abhay, but I will give my best possible performance."
This love for martial sports is not just on-screen, but real life too. Vivian D'sena (Abhay), Mohit Keswani (Chirag), Rithwick Dhanjani (Jay) and Suyash Kumar (Neel) are passionate about sports, and believe that it is important for everyone to learn at least one form of sports. Vivian claims, "I have not been a boxer myself, but I used to follow the game as a child. Mike Tyson is my favourite boxer; I love his overall personality." Vivian gets nostalgic as he recalls childhood memories of playing the game with his cousins. The actor says, "My nani has this huge bungalow in MP, and all of my cousins used to gather there during our holidays. There were about 12-15 of us, so we never needed anyone else to play with. We used to order huge mattresses and treat them like boxing or WWE rings. We used to also try and dress up like wrestlers that we used to see on TV. There used to be a ticker on TV during wrestling matches saying ' 'Don't try this at home.', but we never heeded that advice. Of course, we used to take precautions. My favourite wrestlers were Shaun Michaels, Hitman Hart, and Hulk Hogan. However, I was always more of a footballer. I have been a footballer for eleven years now. I have even participated in national tournaments and attended various camps. I have also tried all possible adventure sports, and I just love them. The one I enjoy most is bungee jumping because, according to me, it is the most exciting of them all. Vivian adds, "In today's world, it is important to learn at least one form of self defense. It is not just for guys. I even know girls who are into martial arts, which is a good thing."
Mohit Keswani states, "I have a green belt in Karate, but that was years ago. I am not into Karate now. I have always been a fan of WWE, and my favourites are Hitman Hart, Lex Luger, and Batista. I believe that it is important to learn sports like boxing or martial arts for two reasons: one is self defense and the other is fitness. Martial arts is good, and we should encourage the youth to take it up, but then, we should also ensure that they understand that they should not practice it outside the ring and misuse their knowledge."

However, I watched a lot of boxing matches before shooting the fight sequence in Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani. I loved watching WWE as a kid. My favourite was always Shaun Michaels. I feel that it is important to know some kind of self defense so that you can protect yourself whenever needed. You should always be prepared for situations where your martial arts practice may come in handy."
Suyash Kumar says, "I was never into boxing, but have been passionate about cricket since childhood. I am aggressive in nature, and will bash up anyone who picks up a fight with me. I used to enjoy watching WWE during childhood, and I loved the Rock's style. I remember when I took up cricket, initially, my parents were not very happy about it and used to force me to study instead, but when they realized that I have potential, they completely supported my decision. There comes a certain point in life where everyone realizes that they are good and something, and decide to take that up as a career. For me, it was cricket, but I had to give it up after a shoulder injury. However, I will encourage everyone to take up at least one sport, as it really helps to build sportsman spirit in a person." Will Abhay win the boxing match? Will he succeed in saving Chand's life? To find out, don't miss the maha episode of Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani this Saturday at 8 PM, only on STAR One |
