My first step: My sister, Meenakshi, had done the course years back and insisted I do it as well. However, I wasn't too keen till I was in the doldrums, and enrolled. It's been three years now and I have been practicing the stress-relieving methods regularly.
My experience: I have become more sensitive to my surroundings and myself.
Lasting impact: I have become more empathetic to my fellow beings. I can understand my relationships much better now.
Wishing Guruji: The world will surely become a better place to live in with the humanitarian work Guruji has been doing. I wish him a very happy birthday!
