Something missing - Page 2

Hi - sorry for the delayed reply to what I think is a very interesting post... As Nisha mentioned above, there's a few of us feeling the same way... I too feel that something has gone wrong in the chemistry of the lead pair and the magic we know they can create...like the early episodes...

Various ppl have given different reasons for this - I feel that Anant's character needs to be restored pronto! I miss the decisive and resourceful Anant too - he did not need anyone's help to make up an excuse about getting sagaai ke laddoo when he went to pick up Navya for Nimi's sagaai... Also, at the sagaai, when Rama was taunting Navya, he tactfully got her out of that situation whereas this new Anant sat in the jewellery shop while Rama insulted Navya no end?!!!

I just wish they show A and N as equals, and not Navya fixing problems all the time while Anant looks on helplessly...may be then the magic will return... Until then, fingers crossed!

I used the wrong choice of words before. When I said Navya being aggressive now, I actually meant her being so spoilt. She is practically demanding her family & Anant celebrate her birthday!! What self-respecting girl would do that??? I don't like her pouting like a kid b/c they are ignoring her b'day. Sorry, if it's just me, but I much prefer a more mature girl who can handle some disappointment in life, rather than act like a spoilt brat. Sorry, but I can't imagine a 19 yr old girl behaving in such a childish manner, but then it's been years since I have been 19 myself, so please forgive me if I am not in tune with the thought process of current teenagers :)

Also, about Anant's character being inconsistent from the beginning...

I thought they showed how his thinking, as a result, his character evolved over time. From being a product of that zombie family with strict upbringing, he slowly transformed into a fun-loving 19 yr old who found love along the way and accepted it. But ever since the Shagun episodes, his character seems to have regressed into an unsure, fickle-minded person.

But all said and done, I much prefer the post-Shagun episodes a whole lot more, but just wish they would align themselves more in line with the "Nayi Soch" of modern teenagers balancing traditional values, they had initially shown...

even i feel the show has lost its charm...though i am clueless why it happened..may be coz anant is not the same not stronger, more kiddish, his over the top acting, getting dumb in front of his bhabhi or whatever..I am not that excited anymore I used to be waiting for the clock to hit 10'o clock..the last day i was this excited was the maha episode when the clock look really long to finally reach 8'o clock..rama's irritating acts are definitely one of the prominent reasons of the falling charm..but I like watching navya..stronger, confident, who is able to deliver her dialogues without pausing after every second👏..the CV's need to bring some life back in the show to make it live longer coz there are many issues we would like them to raise and answer after all "nayi dhadkan se nayi aur kai umeedein hai" and we want them to be fulfilled...a good show should not be ruined kyunki acche shows har roz nahi bante...and this one is really good...so keep up the good work after all AnYa ki sincere fan following hai at least unke liye...way to go guys this is just the beginning👍🏼

I agree.. the show is becoming stagnated.. i thot since they just confessed, there will be some high voltage romantic scenes... some development of romance.. especially since the serious scenes stretched sooo long.. scenes like the engagement..picnic but all we got was a quarter episode of a supposed date... .. I hope the CVs have not lost the plot.. else will lose viewers... please get back some romance and fun
