Agree with Sonali twins it should be

Infertility treatment of Veer should result in Ichcha having twins, a girl and a boy...this will break the UT two girls cycle...aur kyu kee jab bhagwan detah hai toh chappar phadh kar detah hai...

what an entry it will be ichcha coming to bundela house with Veer and Ichcha both carrying one child each 😍 😉😊 ...ichcha milegee Veer koh vrindavan kee wadioh meh...wohee hogi delivery away from bundela madness just like their simple wedding...

Veer gets his pyaari beti and bundelas their waris...tho' both will be waris in modern thinking tho' orthodox thinking meh toh son hee hoga Mai ke liyeh...

But in the nine months ichcha should start teaching be positive instead of sitting and feeling sorry for her life, self and thinking of the past...

If they want to show any ounce of truth..it should be twins..MOST fertility treatments usually end up in multiples...

female fertility treatment usually ends up with twins or more because the medication given for the treatment allows for multiple eggs to reach more than the size 18mm or more(where in the follicle raptures and egg is released for fertilisation) in a cycle. By nature in 99% of the cases only one egg reaches that size per cycle. Male fertility treatment is done to improve the count & mortality of the sperm which generally takes atleast 3 months to show improvement. In UT Veer has taken the treatment not Ichcha so if she does give birth to twins than its not thanks to fertility treatment.
