"He is very protective of me and has warned family members that if they try to harm me, they will be thrown out of the house. He hasn't misbehaved with me but I don't know what he has in store for me. I am now scared of Amma after I learnt what she did to break up Krishna and Pratigya. I was completely shocked to know that a mother could do such a thing." She had a sweet interaction with Krishna which she talks about, "He sympathizes with me and can't believe that his father brought a 17-year-old girl in the house just to take care of him." The actress feels lucky to be the part of this show. "I am so happy to be part of such a great show in which a bahu (Pratigya) is very strong and fights for justice and truth. I really like the characters especially Sajjan Singh's character in the show. I don't think we have seen such a powerful character in Indian television. I feel lucky to work with the veteran actor Anupam Shyam and I am happy to be part of a popular show on television."
