May be it means they are the creators of their account. An unofficial a/c would mean someone else is managing for them

official means like if u type RAGINI KHANNA on fb there will be many of them faking to be her . so this account which is posted is THE ragini khannas' account she herself is made that account .. SAME FOR OTHERS
