I really don't think any heroic acts or Vasanth's resemblances will pave way for the love story. Heroic act might add some flavour, but not the realization and letting her go off Vasanth could be a way. It should be the journey itself. How he teaches to live and love again, for Kesar how she lived so far, her turmoil, pain, grieve, and hurt. It will be in emotions rather than events. It is like their life has become standstill before the leap, now they both will learn to live from each other, and support each other. Both need to see each other as they are, the true characters, then fall for who tehy really are, and waht tehy feel for each other.
Mey-simi-will we be left with any hair so it goes grey?
I never used to watch shows. Karol Bagh was my first. Now this. Ever since then, I have been on Vit E supplements due to the storyline shocks. So max I would be greying, not losing hair

I think the letter scene was meant to be - how it was shown, like you say didnt live up to hype, there was no way i find the makers just put the scene like that - but the conclusion was Gulaal coming to thinking it must be attachment he has to her - Gulaal at this point, doesnt/cant see this deeyarvatu or see Kesar as a proper pati, and also she cant bare that Kesar is in love with her, we see shake somewhat when she hears that, and we saw it with Kesar in the bedroom and also when Talli told her - she cant quite believe and hoping its not true
I wasn't expecting Gulaal to suddenly fall in love with Kesar as soon as she read the letters and its not really her who I'm disappointed in today. The audience has witnessed Kesar's pain via those letters where he would sob uncontrollably while reading them. As Lennie said the letters bared Kesar's heart & soul but today all that kind of went to waste. Somewhere at the back of my mind I thought Gulaal will come across these letters when she is truly battling with her feelings. It was the wrong time to let the cat out of the bag IMO.But that's done and dusted. The letters didn't live up to the hype (though the scene was shot beautifully as always) and we have to move on.The question now is: What will it take for Gulaal to fall for Kesar? She wants to leave home but like a few of us have predicted, Kesar should stop her (I'm scared to predict now). What happens after? Will he just let her be and not put any pressure on her to accept the marriage from her side? Mein confooja gayi hu! What's Tallis role now?!đ What will make Gulaal view Kesar in a different light?
