Rohit Shetty Firing Incident: Accused Face MCOCA Charges

Following the February 1st firing incident outside Rohit Shetty's Juhu residence, which occurred between 12:30 AM and 1:00 AM, the five individuals involved now face charges under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA, 1999). After their police custody concluded on Wednesday, the accused were presented before a special MCOCA court. The court has remanded all five suspects in police custody until February 17, 2026.
