but yeah...just for fun, i'd say gulaal is in some very very very major predicament and kesar is the only one who saves her...and by predicament i mean physical predicament...as in, she is in a burning room or something and kesar risks his life to save her, gets injured very badly, and when he wakes up, the first thing he does is look around frantically for gulaal and ask her whether she is ok, did she get hurt, etc etc...she damn well would be touched at that...

oh p.s...who else gets this niggling feeling that while reading the letters, gulaal did come to know about kesar's feelings, but she is maybe trying to deny them to herself and make him think of it as an infatuation, or she completely and fully realizes the depth of his feelings, does not want him to know that she does, and still goes on trying to convince him to want out of the deeyarvattu...

wh knows...we might get a flashback scene at some point in time when the story demands it...of her reading the letters and fully realizing kesar's love for her...

I think those letters are only a start...we the audience heard and WATCHED Kesar crying while reading those letters...Gulaal read them and she does get a sense of his pain, his deep feelings for her...but it's not enough to jar her out of her refusal to give credence to the maturity of Kesar's feelings now.

I think Kesar himself is the biggest trump card...his unconditional love for her is out in the open now...and Gulaal won't be able to hold out against it ultimately...but her thinking is not something that can change overnight...the breakdown and evolution has to happen bit by bit...it's even more complicated cuz she does love him...but she doesn't view him in THAT sense fully either...it will have to be a gradual realization as she will now be forced to face the proof of his unconditional, steadfast love for her day in and day out.

I just had a short glimpse of the episode; please ignore me if I am wrong.

As far as I know Gulaal won't feel or do anything that would attract Kesar or herself to Kesar yet. She is still in complete denial, shock; she even went on explaining to Kesar about what he feels for her. A lot has to get cleared for Gulaal to even think about Kesar: First and fore most her guilt, guilt for Thalli, Kesar (guilt of deyarvattu), and the whole family for that matter. Her Vasanth shell need to break-she needs to give herself permission to move on and let go of Vasanth (something like Vasanth letting her go) also the entire families. I mean keep Vasanth's memory as something to treasure and move on. Before she even let go of him, she needs to grieve out and loud of her loss, tragedy, and for everything she has supressed for so long. She needs to get connected to herself again, she needs to feel valued (for love), and in one word she needs to feel human again. She needs to free herself/undo herself from all the knots she has tied herself to so she can start to see things in different light. Then she will need love, will start to see Kesar in different perspective, then her battle will begin which all will be supported by Kesar. I do see the letters coming back in future somewhere along this journey, but she has to see Kesar's love first hand, she has to sense it every way.

I don't think she took the letter lightly tho. She felt it but maybe didn't let herself feel it fully.

Isn't a good sign that Kesar has cooled down? Now he will be in right mind to somehow guide Gulaal, understand her, and make her understand and so on. Hopefully Kesar's love and her transition will be coordinated in some way in the following episodes.

Me too scared to predict, in a way embarrassed too. Have u ever noticed, whenever we whine and ween about something and wonder what a blunder the cvs have done, the following episode is always like a slap on our face. Our prediction does come true but not the way we expects. The cvs are so amazing that I trust them completely now. In a way that's what keeps us glued to this show, isn't?

About her leaving home? Somehow she will be stopped. Thalli could play a cupid, as the way she is shown now, I mean step aside and make Gulaal guilt free.

Ok, I was pretty disappointed that the letters came out now as well. I am not surprised at the way Gulaal reacted or actually did not react to the letters because at the moment she is in shock!! She has always taken decisions for Kesar and he has always gone along with them but for the first time...all her well laid plans have gone haywire and this is definitely NOT what she expected from Kesar. I can't remember which movie but there was this dialogue..."hamesha dimaag se sochaa...dil kii accounting toh ki hi nahi (I have always thought from the head...never accounted for the heart). That is exactly what Gulaal is going through right now...after Vasant, she closed up her heart and never ever thought that the person closest to her will actually fall in love with her. Manasi's expressions while she was slapping Kesar yesterday said it all...she was literally shouting - take it back, take it back, take it all back - at him!

At the moment she is numb. Even today, she was literally hiding in her room probably questioning Vasant about all that was happening and who walks in but Talli!! I am sure the last thing Gulaal wanted to be reminded of again was that Kesar was in love with her and that is exactly what Talli did. Kesar's confession was hard enough for Gulaal to digest hence the shock on her face when she had to hear it again from Talli! Noticed that she had to step back to absorb everything when Kesar confessed and she did the same today!

You could tell that she is angry at Kesar...when she went in to his room, she walked in with such a sullen look. I don't think she will be allowed to leave the house...besides, where will she go? If she goes back to her house, Poonambha will send her right back. The elders and Kesar will never let her leave. I can imagine she wants to get away...her life has turned topsy turvy in a matter of days and she needs to get her head back on...

I feel that this is going to be the most interesting part of the story...Gulaal's transformation. Slowly but surely...she will fall for him...

i too think that it was wrong timing for gulaal to see the letters. i was SO sure it was gonna be either kesar's letters or gulaal's diary that bring them together..

well, i think the story has taken an interesting and somewhat predicted turn (in a good way). i think its gonna go a little bit like the jodha akbar way :) kesar's patience and determination to being gulaal back, will hopefully bring gulaal back. gulaal's prolly gonna start missing him too..and maybe see him in different light, because thats how he sees her. but im sure this is going to take time, and we'll have to be patient too ..(unfortunately)..

On a lighter note...did anyone notice that Talli used the same dialogues Kesar had used when he professed his love to Gulaal yesterday? So, when Talli said..."woh tujhse pyaar karta hai", Gulaal looked like she was going to start slapping Talli as well!! I swear I was expecting Talli to get slapped...🤣

i think she will read those letters again after some time wen she accept ok now i have to live in this house and kesar is my hubby ...not any romantic attachment...but still stop running here and there ...may be then she will secretly read those letter as now she knows its for her kesar has poured his heart in those letters there are atleat 100 of them she read only 5 ...i m confident cv wont waste those letters and we know how gulaal is once she settle down and accept that fine kesar is in love... i m not... its ok i can breathe ... then she will slowly start reading those letter as she use to watch kesar secretly and ate imli all alone...
