Firstly it is not my thread and I just said that thread which are made to lighten moment in forum should be not be said as irrelevant for forum that's all because neither I watch this show nor I want to get involved in this show in manner to discussion on it in this forum atleast.
Any way even you didn't understand what I'm saying and I don't I think you want to also. Again I shall hope every one feels like posting in forum and enjoys it.
I'm out of here now.

Nobody said the ROTW threads and game threads are irrelevant or silly . These are the words u used , not us .

The forum allows these threads and ARMAN praising threads was the observation . Other threads are closed down for 'bashing a character' or having 'potential to do so ."
There are an equally large number of people who want a serious discussion of the show and asking the mods why those kind of serios discussion threads are not allowed but only these are is NOT asking mods to close them down .

Shraddha has already explained that she used the emoticon to express sarcasm .IF encourages the use of emoticons to express feelings rather than strong language that offends members .

This kind of misunderstanding deviates us from the main topic about which some of us are trying to speak to the mods . Please understand .

Thank u mods for your foresight and insight. You are getting smarter and smarter.

This is the premise of the whole argument, who and on what basis decides that a particular thread has a potential to great "Havoc" .. i know mods scan all the threads but unless someone particularly reported that thread i dnt see any reason why Mods had to come and investigate.,. so who gives the power to that member to report and on what basis he/she decides this thread shldnt continue? the point at which it closed down there was no tension or anything so i can only assume the decision to report was made either based on the members posting there or based on the topic itself?
ultimately the Mods have the power to close a thread so, again on wat basis mods decide that this can get out of hand? thats the answer we are looking for also i think its courtesy that the mods atleast had a posted a note there about wat they fear... usually for any thread 3 warnings are given.. they cannot simply come adn close down a thread giving reasons like we "think" it might be a problem?

lets say tomorrow i report a SBS segment wala thread will the mods close it? no right?... then why are anti armaan threads in particular anti archu are seen as potential problems?

again i havent opened this thread to "bash" or question the intelligence of the mods.. i am simply asking what rules they are following...

THERE, there is a REAL potential of a REAL person being hurt. But if Archana, a FICTIONAL character, is critisized even a little, I guess that's too much to allow on this forum.

@Bold Excellent point!!

And the fact that 6 pages later, the mods havent really gotten anything of a rebuttal here, says something, doesnt it? Kool, tanya, pallai, all of your discussions are healthy, funny and bang on point. I guess all this forum likes is a ton of ARMAN romance, b'ing about Manju/Dharmesh/Varsha/Vaishali and creating ARCHANA/MANAV appreciation threads. Even though, I cannot find any freaking reason why they are worthy of any praise! so much for democracy and an open forum!!??👏

Sorry my ignorance about English language that I misunderstood and I think I said in post that "I took like that from emoticon" never the less I guess I'm totally wrong here. But I never brought those thread into this topic of discussion. I just wanted to know the reason my fault again that I misunderstood. Also I think Shraddha explained about it and we did come to conlusion about it that it was sarcasm my ignorance of not understanding sarcasm,so sorry again.
Sorry for dropping in, hope you people get justice you are asking from mods which is really good thing.
Thank you!

Ok before things go out of hands here let me put this straightaway, I suppose if anyone names any characters of the show and then starts the accusation things is all fine, right, and then we move ahead with talking about them and their characters by giving what sort of names, i agree its damn easy to target here, but when we write do we write with a conscious mind, no, we write what we want to since we get frustrated abt, why are v taking undignified names to the characters, just bec its an open forum and it should allow to be talked, thats why?
When one's thread gets closed down suddenly you guys come up and question us and ask hw the moderation works, yes is it really easy to do a job of moderation? Then question us as why v are doing this? Guys time and again didnt we said that pls refrain topics which are derogatory and talk abt characters in unethical way. Didnt we said that?
You could have really asked us through PM's but u made this as an open topic, fine if this is it, then here atleast v had a say.
and if every topic where every thread is getting remarked with nasty comments v wl close down each and every thread and make PR forum a blank one., m sorry if m sounding rude but this is wht i make out after going through each post.
and now m closing this one too, since it doesnt make anything sensible to me to carry ahead. m also shocked to c people whom I always knew are talking in this way., as if they didnt ever knew the moderators here.
