Festivities Begin With Food, Fun and Family Traditions

The wedding celebrations in Udaipur have already begun in full swing. Before the music and dancing, the couple reportedly hosted a special Japanese dinner for their guests. There were also friendly volleyball and cricket matches, adding a playful touch to the pre-wedding schedule.

The sangeet night turned into a grand affair. As per reports, Vijay’s mother, Madhavi Deverakonda, gifted heirloom bangles to Rashmika, following family tradition. It was a moment that blended emotion with legacy.

Interestingly, Vijay and Rashmika are expected to have two wedding ceremonies, honouring both their Telugu and Kodava roots. That means double the rituals and double the joy.

From Geetha Govindam to “The Wedding of VIROSH”

Their journey began in 2018 on the sets of Geetha Govindam. The film became a massive hit and introduced audiences to their effortless chemistry. A year later, they reunited for Dear Comrade, strengthening their place as one of Telugu cinema’s favourite onscreen pairs.

Off-screen too, their bond sparked constant buzz. Though they were often spotted together, they always maintained that they were close friends.

On February 22, the duo finally confirmed their wedding through heartfelt Instagram stories. Thanking fans for giving them the name “VIROSH,” they officially titled their celebration “The Wedding of VIROSH.”
