Buddy, You already know what I feel about it. Couldn't resist reading it again...........

Think about terrorist attacks in Bombay, 9/11 or natural disasters like the recent tsunami, they are testimony to how fleeting this life is, how quickly life can change in a matter of few seconds. Some decisions that seem right now may be found to be extremely wrong later on when it is no longer possible to alter them. Your OS reminds me of the e-mail signature I have in one of my e-mail accounts: Plan each day as if you will live forever, but live each day as if it is your last.

That was beautiful Dols.! 👏

Love is not a feeling rather it's an ability. Feelings come and go according to ones temperament but once you are able to love someone you never forget it.
If we adjust our expectations to the ground reality of whom we love, our understanding of them will never fail us in our ability to love them always.

Kal - Plan each day as if you will live forever, but live each day as if it is your last. Oh wow.....I was trying to remember the exact words and have been thinking hard where I read this but couldn't remember for the life of God...now I know :-)
Thanks buddy!

To all my readers..it is because of your love and appreciation I have been able to still write what I want to see despite not following the show since forever. Thanks so much for your lovely comments. It means a lot to me....

Beautiful post and yes we should live our life so as to not have any regrets. That said, I do not want the protagonists to go thru this extreme condition to realize their love.

Many a times in movies or serials, they will show the other person in life and death situation and the partner realizes the love and the person's worth! It is some kind of emotional blackmail.

I am not saying it doesn't happen in real life, even in real life there are people who threaten that they are going to die or give some dialogue like 'jab mar jaungi tab pata chalega', I somehow feel this emotional blackmailing is not right! One should not resort to such length to make the other person realize love. My 2 cents 😊

I'm with you jasw...I feel one should not resort to such measures of blackmailing. I believe in setting your love free. If it is yours, it will come back to you. And we saw it once with Maan and Geet...at the end of the IP track where Maan sets her free and she frowns on the very same thing she had been craving for. It's funny how we keep wanting something for so long and when we receive it, we no longer want it. I think part of the reason is we get used to not having the thing and keep wanting the thing that when we actually get it, it's a change in our thinking and we do not want to change anything for us..good or bad. I guess this is a way life teaches us its lessons.

That was absolutely brilliant Dolsie ....brought tears to my eyes ....and its so true , ppl never value the things they have and they take it for granted , they never realise that what they have was meant to be , but the absence of those very things hits them hard and sometimes its too late to retrieve them ....i hope Geet doesnt take it too far and loses the very man she was born to love and live with ....i dont want to see a Maan who is so detached from the world , this time it would be so much worse than b4...
