Strange thing in Indian dramas

I've noticed one strange thing in indian drama , seriels and even in films and that is about main entering door of house which is mostly open. Country like india where crime and robbery rates are quite high then how someone can open his main door of house for people. In yesterday episode when Tulika mother entered in the house, the door was opened. I have seen many time in this show and other shows like JJKN, KKusum and Stars Channels drams that main house door open all the time and anyone can enter in the house easily and even can hear the conversation of family. Very strange!!! and not practicle😕😕😕

yeah even I wonder why they dont whisper secrets!! instead they talk loud and clear that not only the evesdropper but even the neighbour can hear them 😃
