Awww what an episode...really touched my heart in many ways (minus the CSB bits obviously :P)

1) The Muskura do sequence: Sweet song this is...and the lyrics were also so poignant and a contrast to how broken A and N are right now...poor kids...I know I keep repeating that phrase but can't help it😆...awww@ Anant subconsciously writing out an N on his plate with his rajma ki gravy😆...Shaheer was so good in this bit with the pain one could see in Anant's eyes...and also that dazed/shocked look probably still processing the curveball that CSB has thrown at him with the Sagun nonsense...also he refused Sagun trying to put some food in his plate...good boy😆...and poor Navya on the other end...the bit when Harsh pulls out that burnt roti and the entire family starts laughing and Navya attempts to muster up a half smile as well made me feel really sad for her...liked the transition to her waiting for Anant's call too and him also looking at his phone constantly but ultimately not being able to call her cuz of the Sagun thing probably weighing on his mind...that bit was nicely directed with building up the anticipation and the audience as well as Navya thinking that Anant might have called at last but it turned out to be Ritz...but so sweet of Ritz again...just letting Navya know that she's there for her :-)

2) Harry-Anant-Ranbir-Appy in the cafeteria: Very interesting scene this was in my opinion...in terms of the dynamics b/w the friends especially...Harry's stupid lectures on aati jaati ladkiyan were really getting to Anant...and Ranbir tried many times to intervene and tell Harry to back off but he just refused to...Anant also tried to politely tell him to stop but the guy just wouldn't listen...again I'd say Shaheer did a very good job of portraying the anger and anguish in Anant's eyes...loved that touch in b/w of Appy unable to take Harry implying crap about Navya even if he was doing it unknowingly...the way she told him to shut up...👏😆...no matter how immaturely Appy was behaving over this issue otherwise, she wasn't ready to hear even one word against Navya like this. And on the other end, Anant's patience finally ran out...the final straw was Harry passing that cheap comment about how the girl must be giving hawaa in some other guy's room...and finally Anant lost it...they shot this bit very nicely...the shocked reactions on everyone's faces...Ranbir's hand on Anant's shoulder trying to calm him down...the camera slowly panning to first Ritz...then Navya...Ranbir realizing they are there and says "Ritz" and Anant who was still glaring daggers at Harry at that point finally also seems to sense Navya's presence at that and slowly turns to look at her...and finally letting go of Harry's collar as well...him and Navya share a look but she looks away...there was such a charged air to this bit...there is the tension b/w AN...and now the tension b/w the friends as a result too...I thought was quite interestingly executed.

And I loved the brief Ranbir-Anant moment after this when Ranbir consoles him and tells him to just talk to Navya...such wonderful friendships they share.

3) Ritz-Navya-Appy in the classroom: Ok firstly that weird professor's random "debugging" lecture in b/w was sounding like a random comedy track to me😆...Jokes apart...moving to the actual scene...I felt sorry for Navya there as she tries to make Appy listen and understand...I liked the gradual, soft way they built it up until Navya finally manages to haltingly explain everything...how she was so confused and everything went so fast she didn't know what to do...and how her friends mean everything to her...aww poor kid...I don't know about realistic but I honestly LOVED the moment when Ritz moved forward and just hugged Navya from the back...SO touchingly executed, I got emotional as well...it makes you miss your friends a lot...and then the way Appy also joined it...such a sweet friendship they share...especially Ritz hugs Navya so protectively almost as if she is hugging her child...she's got this very mothering instinct towards Navya from what I've noticed.

Anant couldn't take Navya crying again either...there is this heartbroken expression that comes into his eyes as he watches her crying anytime too...and I was actually surprised to see him walk up to them directly and ask Navya to leave and come with him...awww...

I LOL'd at the random comments the classmates started passing when they saw the three hugging..."teen deviyaan hugging"..."jaadu ki jhaapi"😆

But Ritz is in mother hen mode again😆...refusing to let Anant anywhere near Navya again...lol the way she walked Navya out of there with her hand on her shoulders supportively the entire time made me again think of the mothering instinct😆...I liked how Ranbir was trying to reason with Ritz there...these little touches they add in make all of them seem like such a genuine group :-)

All in a lovely episode...very well written, very nicely shot, directed and enacted...Soumya did a good job and Shaheer is very good anyways but today I thought he did realllyy well. I also LOVED Ritz and Ranbir's acting.

Precap is interesting...I wonder where these two are...promo shows them in a car...and in the precap they look like they are in a room...what is Anant going to say to her at this point waise bhi to manage to "sudhaaro" anything like he told Ritz? Hmmm I wonder😆

Great post, Anu! 😆

Agree with EVERYTHING you said, fully. 😆 The episode was so touching, it even brought tears to my eyes. Reading posts made by other people all over this forum, I think a lot of people felt the same way. It reminded me of my college days and my friends, too, who are now separated, living all over the world; the crazy things we did; the arguments and fights we had; best of all, the making up after that. Like it was so aptly shown in the classroom scene, there isn't a particular place to forgive and forget. 😊

I loved the dynamics of the episode as well. I'm not sure whether it's a first, but didn't feel bored at all, even for a single moment. Was hanging onto every word and gesture. Initially I felt angry at Appy for being unreasonable but my anger slowly fizzled off. Great writing done in the cafeteria scene indeed. 😆 You would feel pissed off at Appy but at the same time like her because she visibly got upset when Harry was talking about "Anant's girl who left him" coz she clearly knew it was Navya.

Everything about this episode was commendable. 👏

P.S. Navya is such a sweet person. She also shows tact when she's at home and with friends (reference to how she makes everything okay at home when Daadi says something depressing at Renuka and when she cheered up Appy about going to the picnic). How could anyone want Shagun over her? 🥱

About the precap, are they standing outside Navya's house?? There is a door with a nameplate behind Anant.

1) The Muskura do sequence: Sweet song this is...and the lyrics were also so poignant and a contrast to how broken A and N are right now...poor kids...I know I keep repeating that phrase but can't help it😆...awww@ Anant subconsciously writing out an N on his plate with his rajma ki gravy😆...Shaheer was so good in this bit with the pain one could see in Anant's eyes...and also that dazed/shocked look probably still processing the curveball that CSB has thrown at him with the Sagun nonsense...also he refused Sagun trying to put some food in his plate...good boy😆...and poor Navya on the other end...the bit when Harsh pulls out that burnt roti and the entire family starts laughing and Navya attempts to muster up a half smile as well made me feel really sad for her...liked the transition to her waiting for Anant's call too and him also looking at his phone constantly but ultimately not being able to call her cuz of the Sagun thing probably weighing on his mind...that bit was nicely directed with building up the anticipation and the audience as well as Navya thinking that Anant might have called at last but it turned out to be Ritz...but so sweet of Ritz again...just letting Navya know that she's there for her :-) I liked that song sequence as well. the contrast yet similarity in this situation concerning Anant and Navya was nicely shown. Similarity--- both at dinner table with their families and both lost in their own thoughts. Contrast--- While Anant's family was sitting together but each member seemed to be absorbed in just eating dinner, Navya's family was sitting together and having a good time as seen in that lil moment when Harsh lifts the burnt roti and everyone is laughing. Such a sweet family! i really like seeing all the scenes of Navya's family.
Somya did a good job with expressions in that moment...the half smile and then rushing to the room and impatiently waiting for Anant to call and say "everything's under control and back to normal"...awww. Then when the phone rings and how her face just lights up!😳 Somya should smile more often, she looks really nice smiling.
@Ritz-- WORD about what you said about her! She seems one of those matured, always caring for her friends sort of friend. I like her and she emotes very well too just like Ranbir. Again the similarity between AN--- Ranbir told Anant that he is there for him if he needs to talk and Ritz told Navya that she is there for her always. In a way they sort of have the experience of going through this stuff because they too might have dealt with such feelings in the initial days of their relationship.

It was an interesting scene. I actually liked the scene mostly because of Anant's gradual progression from irritated by harry's talks to being annoyed and eventually leading to his breaking point and him getting physical with Harry. i liked that bit with Appy too. She might be mad at Navya but she would not take any crap about her from some random person.
Then, when Ritz and Navya come there to see Anant in his angry mode clutching on to Harry's collar and the camera pans on to Ranbir who just calls out "Ritika" and we see Anant snapping out of his "angry mode" and turning his head to see navya.

And I loved the brief Ranbir-Anant moment after this when Ranbir consoles him and tells him to just talk to Navya...such wonderful friendships they share. I like watching their scenes. Up until now their scenes have been quite natural and well something that you might see between two close guy friends. Usually in those "typical" youth shows, the two buddies are just shown playing pranks on their girls or trying to show off their "coolness" factor. Ranbir-Anant's friendship seems genuine and well quite mature.

Dude that professor dude is so darn annoying with his weirdo accent and his forever annoyed expressions! He doesn't seem like he's teaching college students...in fact he seems like he is an evil elementary school teacher whom noone ever likes.😆
anyhow coming to the scene--- Although i would have rather preferred for this moment to be played out some place more private than during a lecture in the classroom full of students and that weird professor, I still liked the way it was executed. I liked the gradual buildup as Navya confesses her feelings to her BFFs.
@Ritz hugging Navya--- You're right! she does seem to have this sort of "motherly" instinct in her especially when it comes to Navya. She knows exactly how to handle Navya which is something Appy somehow falls a bit short to understand. navya is the type of girl who is very sensitive and very reclusive in terms of expressing her inhibitions to anyone. Ritz knows that and that's why she wanted to take it slowly and gradually as evident in the moment when Navya walks to an annoyed Appy in the morning. Appy too gives in later on and I'm so glad that they didn't stretch "appy being annoyed" issue beyond it's limits. Phewww!

Anant couldn't take Navya crying again either...there is this heartbroken expression that comes into his eyes as he watches her crying anytime too...and I was actually surprised to see him walk up to them directly and ask Navya to leave and come with him...awww... Ever since he met her, he never seems to take Navya being upset and crying and just move on without doing something. It's like the moment he sees her in such condition, his face drops and he gets in this mode to make Navya comfortable asap! Awww!
LOL but i was surprised when he walks to her and asks her to come with him with the professor standing right there noticing everything!😆

I LOL'd at the random comments the classmates started passing when they saw the three hugging..."teen deviyaan hugging"..."jaadu ki jhaapi"😆 Meh i gave that a royal ignore!

But Ritz is in mother hen mode again😆...refusing to let Anant anywhere near Navya again...lol the way she walked Navya out of there with her hand on her shoulders supportively the entire time made me again think of the mothering instinct😆...I liked how Ranbir was trying to reason with Ritz there...these little touches they add in make all of them seem like such a genuine group :-) She does seem to get in that mode whenever she sees navya crying or upset. But i hope they don't stretch it out too much and put the blame on Anant's head altogether. As i had mentioned earlier, navya is as much responsible for her state herself as is Anant. I agree that these reactions were the "initial shock" reactions but i hope they gradually understand Anant's situation as well. Poor guy is already under such a pressure! he has a sword...errrm marriage with SA-GUN issue, hanging on his head. GOD how ruthless are his family members! How can they fix his wedding at 19? and that too with a girl who is just good for NOTHING all because she is Rama's sister and bringing in sister as their second DIL will mean there will be no sibling wars?!😳 yeah right! All this marriage talk at this early age is a torture for Anant. he should be worrying about finishing college and starting his career and not freaking worry about getting married unless he has knocked up some girl and thus have to take the responsibility of the baby and the baby momma.😆

All in a lovely episode...very well written, very nicely shot, directed and enacted...Soumya did a good job and Shaheer is very good anyways but today I thought he did realllyy well. I also LOVED Ritz and Ranbir's acting. Ditto! Ditto!😆

Precap is interesting...I wonder where these two are...promo shows them in a car...and in the precap they look like they are in a room...what is Anant going to say to her at this point waise bhi to manage to "sudhaaro" anything like he told Ritz? Hmmm I wonder😆 Hmmm me wondering as well. I guess he's trying find a solution to his dilemma by asking her for advice...eh we wouldn't know till it's monday.😆

Anu. Hola!!😳

How are you?

I loved your post as always!!!

I liked the episode as well. 😃Very well executed and scripted .

1. Yo SERIOUSLY!! CSB need to tone down a little bit with his constant gawking and grinning.😳Its infectious! No wonder poor Uh-nant had "Imma' zombie" look when CSB was talking about the shaadi.🥱Someone pass some cucumbers to him please!! His eyeballs need to RELAXXX😵

2. Offcourse, the naam-navya-likhna scene was hella cute 😆😆Embarrassed. The first thing that struck me was "DUDE Uhhh-nant , you eat sooo little.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I mean seriously... the dude had way tooo little rice and Sabzi. No wonder he is sooo lean.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Anyways, I liked how unconsciously he writes the first initial of Navya's name and then after realizing what he was doing smudges it off his plate.Embarrassed(Any symbolism?🤔,Where is Lady M when you need her the most?😆😆😆)

3. Anant-Navya conversation :Hmmm though I thought that it was a bit too stretched due to LONG pauses(LONG PAUSES between the conversation:One of my pet peeves🥱)...but was still sweet.😃 I LOVED LOVED LOVED the background score for the scene. It was just apt for the situation.😃
4. Navya's family dinner:EmbarrassedAwww so family like where everyone's having good timeEmbarrassed Laughing on little things , such family thing to do.They make me warm inside,ALWAYS!😃
5. College Canteen Scene:😆😆😆Harry puttar playing play-boyy-playboy😆😆I found it very funny🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣He has a very animated face.Always make me laugh somehow.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Anant getting angry on Harry.QUITE OTT.😆😆😆Stopping when realized Navya might be there as well when Ranbir called Ritz. ULTRA OTT.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
6. Classroom scene:😆😆The Nutty Professor.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣GOSH .such a pain😆😆😆What was he teaching??😕I couldnt read what he was writing on the board.I REALLY wanted to though.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 His accent is just mind-blowing.LITERALLY. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. He surpasses my fascination for Rama bhabhi's Hinglis🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I laughed sooo hard when he said "WHAAAT IS THIS?"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Someone record his voice and send the CD to the X-Factor,where X is equal to WAHIYAAT.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
