Actually, I may be a minority but I did feel at the beginning that he may be gay. Mainly because "Maryada" was brought on as such a path breaking serial. It wouldn't do for Gaurav's distance to be something that is beaten to death by so many other soaps.

But it would be interesting to see how the cvs would bring it to screen.
