Khanak's romantic surprise

Khanak and Shaan Khandelwal, of STAR One's Rang Badalti Odhani, are two love birds who discovered each other after marriage. The romantic Khanak now wants to rekindle the love in her marriage, and will plan a surprise for Shaan.

A marriage takes work, and Khanak and Shaan probably know that best. They were married in turbulent times and then fell in love. To keep their love alive after marriage, Khanak will think of surprising Shaan and also ensuring him of her love.

A STAR One.in source reveals, "Khanak will plan a surprise for Shaan, which is their remarriage. The two will remarry in a sweet, special and romantic ceremony. She believes that they should begin their life afresh, and also wants to relive those moments of being newly married, as she could not enjoy them when she first married Shaan. She will set up a mandap at the pool side for the ceremony. After the college re-union party, Shaan has been very disheartened, and this re-marriage is also a gesture to cheer him up. She wants him to leave his sorrows behind and just be with her."

An excited Khanak aka Yashashri Masurkar says, "This surprise is basically to cheer Shaan up, as whatever happened in the past few days has really affected him. I want this to be our dream marriage. This remarriage is my first ever romantic surprise for Shaan, and I want him to know how much I love him." Talking about the mantra for a successful marriage, she adds, "Unconditional love, respect for each other's feelings. That's my mantra."

Ask Yashashri if she has ever planned a surprise for anyone in real life, and she says, "No ya, I am not that lucky enough to rekindle anyone's marriage with a surprise like this, but when I get married, I surely plan to surprise my husband like this. In every successful marriage, love, trust and care for each other is important."

Shaan aka Karan Tacker exclaims, "I think it's a very sweet gesture from my beloved wife, and I am really lucky to have Khanak as my wife. After the misunderstandings in the past, she has now become my life. I too believe in keeping marriage alive, and one can do that by continuing to love your partner even after you marry. Mostly, people take each other for granted. I feel you might grow old, but love can't get old."

Karan talks about the biggest surprise in life he ever got saying, "I love surprises as long as they are pleasant. My biggest surprise was during my 18th birthday, when my parents gave me a surprise party. I will never forget it."

We asked him about how can working couples keep their romance alive, and Shantanu says, "Just be together." "For every successful marriage, communication is essential, and that is what keeps any relationship alive," he opines.
