For me it was when Geet goes looking for Maan in nizamuddin and when Maan says "kyu geet ki aankhon mein mujhe yeh ehsas..."

The moment that geet questioned her feelings and Maan recognized the same anguished feeling that he was going through night and day in geets eyes...Uff that was the moment when they became Maaneet for me...
