Comparing roop tera mastana and Saati re is not fair according to me. During RTM, they weren't married, Dev's connection was not known, there were so many things hanging in the middle and therefore event heir slightest hand movements looked passionate. But now since they are married, baby is gone, Dev forgiven and all, howmuch ever intimate they are picturized, it wouldnt have the same effect. Geet is no longer a youth only show. It has a huge family audience. trust me, I am not able to watch the eye-locks and small touches also with my parents around. I was in fact happy that the SR was not picturized in an intimate way.
