Geet: yeah MKā¦.i did as you has asked me toā¦and punched that right right on his nose! He'd never dare tease anyone ever again. And teachersā¦they won't believe him even if he complained!

Maan could hear her crying bitterly over something. He'd been asking her the reason for the past 15 mins but she was nowhere near listeningā¦she was crying and crying and crying!!!
Maan: Sweetuā¦what happened??? And yeahā¦stop crying!
Geet still didn't say anything and kept on crying.
Maan (irritated): Sweetuā¦.for god's sake please stop crying and tell me what is it?? Did someone tell you something?

Maan (shouting): CHUPā¦BILKUL CHUP!
Geet stopped her wailing immediately but she couldn't stop sobbing.
Maan: *sigh*..phew..ab theek se batao what happened?

Maan found her struggling for words!
He wondered what happened to her that she is stuggling to say it!!!
Maan: aahaanā¦..bataoā¦go on!

Geet couldn't find words to say what actually had happened to her. So she tried a different way!

Maan (surprised): what???? Itni choti si baat and you are crying like anything!! Goshā¦..you have really turned into a typical Indian girlā¦crying over little things! Did you eat something wrong?

Geet (sadly): naa ā¦.
Maan: then what happened?

She was all red while saying this!

Geet (embarrassed): ohh nahiā¦.it happens only to girls!!! You ask too many questions MKā¦am keeping..BYE!
And she cut the call unable to bear the embarrassment anymore!

Geet (cheerfully): really?? Even am very very very happy today!!! You know todayā¦ā¦.
Maan (cutting in between): no..noā¦I'll say 1stā¦I'll say 1st!!!
Geet (smiling): okay babaā¦say!
Maan (excitedly): ohh Sweetuā¦I've been selected for the basketball teamā¦that too in the only team of our Middle School! Awwwā¦.am sooo sooo sooo happy!!!
Geet: congratulations and celebrations MKā¦yippie!
Both were dancing in their respective rooms!
Geet: yeah MKā¦I was tellingā¦.
Maan (cutting in): ..and you know whatā¦.the selection juryā¦god..they were so strictā¦.
Geet: ohh but you are selected naā¦that is what matters the most..you've been working so hard for that..i know! And yeahā¦I was saying that toā¦..
Maan: ā¦.awww Sweetu you should have seen my half court and full court tooā¦.they were just so perfect!
Geet: ohh goodā¦.i knew you'll do it.
Maan: thanks Sweetuā¦I was really nervous at firstā¦but I knew I could do it!

And he kept the phone before geet could say anything and ran off! Geet stood there with the phone still on her earsā¦she couldn't say what she wanted to. Somewhere it felt bad!
Geet (sadly to herself): ohh MKā¦.i wanted to say that they teased me again so I, instead of crying, punched another guy! His nose was bleedingā¦.i've become strong like you said!!!
She sadly kept the phone on the receiver, went to her room and lied down on bedā¦she was sadā¦.Mk didn't even let her speak today!!! But waitā¦..what was she sad for? Her MK had made it to the basketball team successfullyā¦.so there are no reason to be sadā¦and as for herā¦.she couldn't be all so selfish making MK hear out only herā¦she thought! She instantly became happy and slept off!

Again Maan found her Sweetu crying her eyes out on the phone! He tried to calm her but she wasn't listening! Finally he got irritated and shouted!
Maan: CHUPā¦.BILKUL CHUP! How many times do I have to tell you that stop crying over stupid things and fight back? Can't you understand?
Geet shut up instantly but she couldn't stop sobbing!
Maan (irritated): uffā¦..now say what happened!

Geet felt really bad at thisā¦.she never ever expected this from her MK! Yes , she was not worried about Taylor thenā¦Agreed! But she was too young to understand that! now she was growing upā¦ā¦.and Meera was a really close friend to her! Countless number of times had they had their lunch togetherā¦.laughed togetherā¦she was the one who never let her feel lonely when her MKā¦her BEST FRIEND was not around herā¦and nowā¦ā¦

After keeping the phone, geet sat there thinkingā¦ā¦she was going away from her new found friendsā¦ā¦she was going further away from her Mkā¦.the thought was enough for her tears to roll out!
But MKā¦..he was least bothered about anythingā¦how easily he said same will be in Japan!!!! How easily he said she shouldn't bother!!!! Somewhere it hurtā¦hurt deep withinā¦.but her trust on her Mk did not let that pain come into her notice!
Geet (looking up): hey Babajiā¦mein yeh kya soch rahi hoon? Nahi nahiā¦Mk said naā¦he promised na he'd always be there for meā¦then I don't have to fear anythingā¦.right???
