CEZANNE BOUGHT NEW BUNGALOW!!!

Cezanne Khan's exploits have always kept him in the news, but no one knows Cezanne's biggest secret. The actor has bought himself a huge, sprawling bungalow of 4000 sq ft, in prime property at Versova.

He has moved in, along with his mom and brother Sohail. It is two-storeyed bungalow and has a terrace. Each level has two bedrooms with bathrooms, hall and a roomy kitchen.

Approx cost of the bungalow today: 1.50 crore
Approx cost of the bungalow four years ago: 40 lakh
The bungalow is situated in the heart of Yari Road and was bought a few months ago.

"We've named the bungalow Nabaat, after my nani's name. It faces the Versova creek, and is very peaceful. I sit out on the terrace to de-stress myself. Acting in a serial like Kasautii Zindagii Kay sure has its tough moments," he laughs.

His mom spotted the place first. Adds Cezanne. "She has had her eye on this bungalow for almost four years now, but we couldn't afford it then."

Lord of the manor

Mommy Tasneem Khan, an interior designer, is doing up the place. "From childhood, we are used to living with lots of decorative pots, antique beds, furniture around us. Mom plans to give the place a palace look, of which I will be the prince," he says with twinkling eyes. "Mom is also planning a garden at the back," he adds.

My favourite space

Cezanne declares that his favourite space in the bungalow is, "My bedroom. I love watching movies there. But once the terrace is ready, it will be my favourite spot to chill out in. Mom is in the processing of decorating it with lantern and cane chairs."

House-warming party

He plans to call Bharat, Mihir, Malvika and Sonu over, once the house is completely ready. These friends are not from the TV industry but they and Khan go back a long way. What about his TV friends? "Yes, them too. They include Anuj (Saxena), Pradeep (Kharb) and my girlfriend Shubha (Verma)," Cezanne says proudly.
