TOI: Falguni Parikh is obsesed

TV actress Falguni Parikh is getting onto the nerves of her co-stars of the tele-serial, Sanskaar Laxmi. We hear the actress is over-obsessed with her Gujarati background.

She started giving her co-actors a course on how to act right and add authenticity to the character as the serial is based on a Gujju household. At first the stars were happy with the 'learning process,' but slowly it got irritating as she got nasty with them by passing rude remarks.

Her co-actor on the basis of anonymity says, "Initially, we thought she was trying to be helpful. But now she is getting into our nerves! The show does not only cater to a Gujarati audience. Plus, the show is based on the Gujju family that lives in Mumbai, where the people are fairly cosmopolitan. We don't understand her obsession with the Gujarati accent!" Falguni, we know you love being a Gujju, but this is not the way to show it off!
