ok.. now... all our tensions were cleared... naitik was happy for the child n all the family members were also happy... then what is the inner meaning of promo airing??what they actually want to show? what will be the problem for akshara? Will naitik's behavior change as now akshara can't concentrate on him more??? can this be the reason for akshara's MC??

i think he feel how he take care of the responsibity of child he is very happy tat he si becoming father ithe corner of the mind he is having fear and family members takinga care of akshi everyone conccentrating on her give importance to her he feel jealous and may feel bad too akshi on otherhand may be she want to be with naitik the family members are always behind them no privacy for them she feels she too cn\t concentrate on naitik may be thses tensions andstress and the fear naitik should not MUher so all this in her mind may be cause of of her MCeven reshmi's marraige may be family members don't want to send her to abroad but shewant to go i have a feeling becoz of reshmi ,and kuch bhi ho yaar want to see naksh togetehr if something bad happens too naitik's line too same in the y'day precap kuch bhi ho hum saath saath honge

Hey if u see the promo u will realise that the earings akshara is wearing is the same as the ones she wore for naitiks bday,her hairstyle and all is also the same. I think they shot for the promo at the same time.
