heyy anu, what's the problem you're having with the video? were you able to download it and not watch it?
it's an mpeg file so you'll need an application such as realplayer or quicktime (macintosh users) to play it.
realplayer works on all operating systems, so you might as well just download that 😛
when you get to the page above, click on the "download" link to the right of whichever operating system..and then it should download from there. after that, install the program, and open the file 😃
