Hrithik Roshan to go three shades darker for his role in 'Agneepath'

Actor Hrithik Roshan who is working on the remake of 'Agneepath' will be sporting a darker skin tone for his character in the film. He has done this before for the Yash Raj Film, 'Dhoom 2' where he played the role of an anti-hero.

Hrithik seems to be taking this role very seriously and he is leaving no stones unturned to get into the skin of the strong character he is about to play in the flick.

He is playing the role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan in the classic remake, the original of which was portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan. 'Agneepath' is being filmed in Mumbai at the moment.

Amitabh Bachchan who played the iconic character in the film won many accolades for his role. It will be quiet exciting to see how the genX actor plays the part.

All are anticipating to watch Duggu in the film not just because he plays the iconic character of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan but also because it is the first time filmmaker-producer Karan Johar has decided to deviate from his patent choice of casting SRK in all his films so far.

I don't know even though I'm an HR fan I doubt that I'll be warming up to this movie, though I do not doubt that his performance will be good, since he always performs well. Just that I'm a BigB fan as well and this character is so etched in my mind with AB doing such a stupendous job of it that I can't picture anyone else doing it, not even Hrithik unfortunately 😒 I just don't like people touching AB's old films it doesn't sit well with me, I couldn't even stand the new Don!

Just don't think I'll like this one, though I sincerely hope that I'll be presently surprised since I do love Duggu, but I don't have very high hopes.
