Something strange about Pihu

Assuming that she is the one and only Arpi, ive some questions as follows:

1) It has been hardly a week (in the show) since Panditji threw Arpita's body into the river...now, if she has got miraculously saved, may be by these mama-mami folks only...then how come, HOW COME she is not exhibiting any signs of physical ailment or concussion in the head (since she had hurt herself unconsious when she'd fallen from the roof)??

2) Assuming, again, that she has had a memory loss. If someone has fried their brains and has forgotten their identity, then aren't they supposed to be in a somewhat dazed, confused state? Like if i know that i have lost all recollections of my life starting from birth (as it appears to be the case here), then i wouldnt be happy-happily prancing around with people who've given me shelter in their home, rather i'd slump away into a corner, trying to find a way through the hazy images of my past life that'd haunt my brain every minute. I'd be shocked, scared, disturbed and lost. You get what i mean?😕

3) And assuming that she's still got her head intact and is just play acting, then how is she so happy?? I mean, we dont see her brooding or having moments of thoughfulness, even subtlely. And also, a habitually quiet and restrained character like Arpita cannot become a bold, chirpy firebrand within a span of ONE WEEK, can they?😕😕😕

It'd have made sense had they done the leap. But since they haven't, this has got me thoroughly confused.😲
