sorry guys i was a little late writing the update!! actually the episode in the US hasn't come on yet, so thnx to nomi for the video; i wrote the update watchin the video!!
Episodes starts off with the house exterior and a bhajan playing in the background. Everyone one is praying in the house and today is the 1st date of the month which means that every 1st date of the month, every household member has to give account balance or how much money is spent every month in the house. (got to say very organized family)
Living room:
Baboji (manshuklal) is praying infront of the goddess and after the praying is finish, he reminds everyone to go get ready for the meeting at the dining table exactly at 9 because ofcourse today is the first date of the month( they didn't say which month now). As soon as baboji leaves everyone is rushing in the house so they can get their balances done.
Amar (the oldest son) asks his wife Joyti whether she has charged his laptop because he needs to print out the balance sheets before 9. The scene continues with Jyoti and bhavna( the second bahoo) telling each other best of luck for completing the tasks. Manoj (second son and bhavna's husband) ask bhavna to get ready and she tells him that she has other things to worry about and she does not want to fail infront of baboji at the dining table. Everyone is in a rush and we see bua and mamaji cracking jokes about the family member and how they are in a hurdle on every 1st of the month. Bua tells mamaji that how she's happy she doesn't have to do anything.
Bhavnas's room:
Bhavna is going over her diary where she keeps every account of money. Hetal (daughter of the house) enters and asks her bhabhi what's wrong. She then complains to Hetal that she has messed up money wise and Hetal tells her to adjust it. Bhavna ends up telling her i can't do anything like that and knowing baboji, i can't cheat with him. (everyone is scared of baboji in the house)
Baboji's room:
Baboji is all dressed up and is talking to his darling wife who is scared herself( she doesn't talk much). He asks her whether she is ready, but her being not ready and frightened what baboji might say to her, she just lies off and tells him that she's ready. But knowing baboji he catches her lie (wow he's something). He tells her that go get ready because he doesn't like waiting.
Hallway:
Manoj is talking to Karan(the youngest son) and asks him for his advice because Karan always gets away from being caught by baboji. Karan agrees to help Manoj and solves his problem.
Amar's room:
Pranav (the third son and our cute hero) enters and sees Amar in tension. He then ask Amar to talk to baboji about him and Sneha(future wife of Pranav). Pranav tells Amar that he really loves sneha and asks Amar to talk to baboji about it. Amar being scared tells Pranav that he never talked about himself infront of baboji, just then Jyoti (Amar's wife) enters the room and tells Amar not to worry; she'll definitely do something about it. But Amar comments to Jyoti that she need to go and finish cooking. Amar then tells Pranav that only one man who can help him is mamaji.
Mamaji and Pranav:
Pranav is all complimenting mamaji, but knowing mamaji, he tells pranav that what is the favor that you want me to do. Pranav tells him that he needs to talk to baboji about sneha and him. In a funny manner and as a joke, mamaji tells pranav that if he was to do that, he woudn't be a bachelor by now(goofy guy). But somehow pranav forces mamaji and tells him to talk to baboji about him and sneha.
Hallway:
Karan was listening to all this and he calls someone (his girl friend probably) and tell that person that there is going to be talk going on about pranav and sneha on the dining table. If Pranav is successful in his mission about sneha, than he will talk to baboji about himself too and he hangs up after sayin that.
Dining table( very long scene):
Everyone is eating and Baboji is checking everyone's account details. He tells Ekta to adjust her phone bill, but she tells him that how come Karan is always using over phone over his limit. Baboji scolds Hetal saying that she is a girl and Karan is a boy.(phew he come from some old traditional times). Everyone on the dining table seem quiet now. Baboji then comments that every women in the household is suppose to take permission before she does something. Baboji notices in the balance sheet that Pranav is over budget for throwing a birthday party, but he actually tell Pranav to becareful next time( he didn't even scold the guy, poor Hetal). Ekta just stares at baboji. Now it's jyoti's turn. He asks jyoti why she is over her budget and when she explains him about using money in the beauty parlor, baboji tells her she shouldn't show off. He finishes his statement saying that my sons will never do something like that(khadoos). Here comes the last one, and it's bhavna's turn. He even scolds her too for not adjusting money balance. (i feel sorry for the bhahoos of that house). After this is all done, Pranav is asking mamaji to talk to baboji about him and sneha. Mamaji starts off with jokes and tells baboji about pranav and sneha. Everyone is stunned and waiting to see baboji's reaction. Baboji gets up and walks over to pranav asking him to invite the girl at 6:30.
College:
This is where out beautiful female protogonist sneha takes the entry. She is walking and music is playing in the background. Just then her friend rushes to her telling her that principle has cancled the trip to Allahabad( hope i spelled it right). Principle's reasoning was that he can't send girlz alone.( plzzz we girlz know what we getting into).
Principle's office:
Sneha is arguing with the principle asking him not to cancel the trip. Principle keeps arguing with her that he can not send girls alone. Sneha taking a stand tells the principle that girls are not weak and they can take care of themselves. She then threatens him saying that if he doesn't approve of the trip, no girl will participate in the competition anymore. (you go sneha).
Last scene(Mansukhlal's house):
The bhahoos are all preparing food in the kitchen and Sneha and Pranav takes the entry exactly at 6:30. (baboji is very time conservative sheesh). Sneha takes everyone blessing first. Well everyone is happy seeing Sneha. Now it's time for baboji's questioning with Sneha. He asks Sneha the same questions that he asked all the bhahoos. Knowing Sneha, she gives all the replies very wisely. Ladies of the house thinks that she failed the test in not answering baboji's questions right, but she actually passed the test. (very wise girl sneha is i say). Baboji is very happy and proud's of pranav's choice. He ends up saying that he's proud of all his sons. Sneha thinks to herself that she's the one who answered all the questions and baboji is complimenting his sons. Mamaji thinks to himself that sneha is so wise and she's going to be mansukhlal's bahoo. Now the fun will begin.
