Hi Friends,

Off late we all have seen that the TRP's of Laagi Tujhse Lagan have dripped drastically...😲Once a Top Charter is now out of the race 😭...On 29th March 2011 LTL ranked at the 4th Position but this was when Dutta's character breathed its last scenes in the show....😭 But since April 2011 began the dip in the TRP's became very severe n the show was out of Top 10...😲 Now lets discuss the reasons behind LTL showing such low TRP's at present...😃

I feel one of the biggest reasons for the TRP's to fall is due to the exit of our most lovable character Dutta Sriram Patil (Mishal Raheja)...Dutta's character (Mishal Raheja) has a huge fan following...So to a large extent we as viewers were really disappointed to see that a character like Dutta was bumped off in such a manner....😭 Since the 2 lovers had just got together..So the CV's could have developed their love story more...but no .....I guess the Channel who chose this story line were in a rush to start with the New Boring Track....😆 Coming to the second reason as to why the TRP's of LTL have dripped so drastically is the boring story line which the channel have chosen..A strong character like Nakusha turned into a mad character is just something the the viewers will never buy..😆Nakusha being such a strong headed girl..who never ever accepted defeat even at the hands of fate ...is suddenly shown as insane...😆 I m sorry to say but this story line has failed miserably to impress n grip we viewers....😃

So what according to you is the reason or shall I say reasons for the Downfall of TRP's of LTL....n how can the channel revive LTL to its original beautiful concept ???????😃

Note: Its a Humble request to all my fellow members no to compare Mishal and n Adesh as actors here!

Earlier I'd emphatically say I have the deepest respect for Mishal as an actor & am madly in love with Dutta the character.But when these two blended into one I cannot say. Was it D's character that brought out Mishal's powerhouse talent to the fore or was it Mishal the actor that gave such depth & complexity to the character Dutta. Was it Mishal's eyes that spoke volumes & was it Dutta who was the strong & silent undecipherable enigma? See how blended yet unique these two entities are? How can anyone with even an iota of sense let alone execs of a huge channel like Colors not see this? Even a viewer who has watched the bare minimum number of episodes of this show will first & foremost bring Mishal as Dutta Bhau in front his eyes. Need I say about audiences who have religiously followed it from episode one? Wake Up, Colors! You are the laughing stock of the TV industry now!

before when Mishal was there even the repeats of the show made it to the top ten in TRP ratings , now its sitting on the 20th position . Is Ashvini stupid can she not see how dumb Pranjal Saxena is ?

Did you mean Dumb & Dumber? How do you know that Ms. Ashvini's IQ is not lower than Pranjal Saxena's? Afterall they both are "ek hi thaali ke chatte batte"

well you know what they have to answer to their bosses for the low trps and TAM ratings , this is a business and all their bosses care about is making money.

True - that is why I see the curtain falling on LTL very very soon.........one more show close to being called off the air.

Well I think the current storyline of LTL is not working and that is the reason for the downfall and ofcourse because MR is permanently out🥺 and the drama offscreen has totally spoiled my mood.
Even bringing in a popular actor isn't going to help much I think. MR-MV had an amazing chemistry and nobody else can create that magic. Yes popular actor would bring in new fans for the show of that actor but then there will be no story because the audience will be watching it for just that actor and eventually the show will die because even with a popular actor if a show has no story, the audience does stop watching it. Atleast I would. 😆

In the end, I wish everyone well but I want LTL to end ASAP. 😃

Welll, the major reason for the fall in TRPs is the absence of Mishal, I think. This serial was about the unusual love story of a poor girl and a don. Midway into the serial if the hero goes missing on account of a whimsical reason, it is a little difficult for the loyal viewer to overcome his/her disgust at the poor handling of the subject at hand.The drama off screen has also turned off many viewers' interest.

Also, I think that the sudden nose-dive that the quality of the story line took, also killed the interest of many. In this day and age, we viewers tend to notice small details and get irritated when they are ignored again and again. I have seen many viewers complain about the lack of continuity or the unrealistic story line or the sudden change in the behavior of the characters in many serials. Why should LTL be any different???

At the end of the day, any program is only as good as the duration for which it holds the interest of the audience!!!!!

I myself do not watch LTL anymore. I'm sure there are many more like me.........causing a drop in the TRPs.
