i think this is getting out of hand...we should really fess up and say sorry to whomever we hurt directly..or INDIRECTLY..

this is the INTERNET people!..and we debate over characters....which is pretty funny to begin with......BUT in the kyph section a lot of discussions get very personal and controversial....let me make myself clear..i think opinions are great..someone likes something someone doesnt..good for everyone..im studying law its in my proffesion to hear out two sides...but twisting the facts and being arrogant is very annoying for a lot of members...its not something personal as nobody here knows Kripa or Angad in real life...but its ANNOYING..and no matter what the topic at hand is..when someone twists facts and acts arrogant..it makes someone reading the replies blood boil....and hence the fights start.... a lot of members including myself can get themselves into heated debates..which has now resulted into having this section turn into a very unhealthy atmosphere...though i dont think debating should result to that.

i personally do not take ANYTHING anyone says here to heart..be it about Angad or Kripa...they are fake for gods sake.

however IQ talk..Suvarna talk..be it about their personal life..or proffesional..proffesional in the sense saying..they are arrogant with other stars..and they think their better than the other..(mostly said about Neha)..true or false..its their problem..and over here in IF..its personally taken..because those are real people you talk about....and it can be offensive for a lot of people..(myself included when things about IQ are said)..even though i dont know IQ or Suv..i dont think anyone should be saying anything about them..just because you dont like them on screen..doesnt mean you say whatever you feel about a real PERSON.....interfering in IQs personal life is also extremly RUDE....im a fan of his...and i'll be very defensive if someone i adore is being targetted because the character he plays isnt liked....(and i suppose same goes for neha fans)...we should all understand that...i'll defend IQ/the members who are hurt by any topic..or statement by someone thats wrong...as much as i can till i get warned and kicked out of this place😆..because to me its RUDE..and innapropriate..we should really RESPECT these stars..they deserve a lot more than aggrivated feelings some might have towards them...just because they dont do what you think they should in real life

i might not be hurt over Angad-Kripa talk...and i do usualy get a laugh out of it....but i dont know if its like that for everyone...and i feel though it isnt...hence i feel guilty....because lately if i post even a "😆" it gets replied to with a "what are you laughing at???".(just an example)..and i've seen that happen with a lot of other members posts aswell..so HONESTLY...i think we should appologize to each other..for putting characters before real people..its high time

though i know some people DO come on IF to pick fights..you know who you are..infact we all know who you are...

but for that minority i dont think the others should get so worked up that they start getting warnings..or feel like leaving the forum....lets not loose out on good fun which is visiting the forum.

debates will go on...hate and love will always be there...but if anyone takes it personally..i appologize..(without sarcasm this time) to anyone who i've hurt during my debating....and i think anyone whos got into this IF controversy should take the time to say sorry to anyone they might have hurt aswell.

i have no other meaning for this post..(just thought id put that in, nowadays everything gets taken with a pinch of salt and day to day personal aggression)....this section has a lot of great people..but A LOT OF them stopped coming on often now..which is a loss to us who are still here...so lets not loose more great posters!...on a side note..we should really respect the AGE factor...we have a wide variety of posters..and just like how in the real world we would respect someone older than us..or set a good example for the younger ones..we should apply it here aswell..atleast for humanity sake!!

i agree, everyone should here should respect each other's opinions and they could disagree over minor, petty but they shouldn't get so serious that they dont realise that their posts are getting too personal b/c when that happens, in most cases, people don't realise what they are writing until the damage is already done 😊

The characters all have their downside... hence they r characters... the actors r paid to act like that... n credit goes to them for enacting so well... hence... when talking about the character the actor is playing ...it is very imp to rember that it is the character that is being critiqued its not the Actor ....

Some ppl like some characters.. some ppl dont .... it doesnt mean u get personal and try to impose u r views on others 😊

I am also sorry to anyone who i may have hurt threw any of my posts anytime, i never take personally what any1 in a forum says, since I dun rly know them. But if I did, then im sorry, but in debates nothing to meant to hurt a person. and um..i rly dun appreciate it wen ppl talk bad about da actors, since no one rly knows dese actors in real life. 😃

First of all Sana... You haven't been one of those who have offended me... But I am sorry if I have offended anyone... I know many of them might have been pissed off by whatever I have posted...

I am all for debates... I enjoy them... As long as they are restricted to characters... Characters are meant to be loved and hated...But it becomes painful when such debates get out of hand and members start getting accused of having "vested interests" or when people make a mockery of the other person's ability to have sound opinions.... In the end of the day... It's a character after all...
They are meant to be bashed... And IF is an apporopriate punching bag for these fictional characters...Thats the way I see it...

Facts cannot be distorted in a storyline... A story can be interpretted in many ways by the audience... A different interpretation certainly does not amount to distortion of facts...

To tell the truth... There was a time I felt extremely annoyed on being lead to believe a day before the episode was aired... that Kripa made Angad hear the disgusting vulgar sounds of PK consumating only to realise that it was a conversation that Angad heard... Then I wondered... Why I am I taking it so hard? That was perhaps a different interpretation of the same storyline...

And talking about actors... Well... I think the forum should be open to positive and constructive criticism...There is no reason why a member should be stopped from criticising an actor's acting skills or things related to his/her performance... That is what a forum is all about right?? Yes... Use of rude language should be stopped...

Commenting on actor's personal lives... I think it should be applicable both the ways... Neha perhaps does not visit this forum.. But there are certain aspects of Iqbal Khan's life that members are asked to refrain from discussing for reasons well known to us... I think we should refrain from discussing similar things about others actors too... As a Neha fan, I find it very annoying when people say she won the AJK award or made it to the list of top ten hotties by unfair means...Or if people try to suggest she is not woman enough to find herself a man... It may be in jest... But it surely annoys... Just like Iq fans do get annoyed by other things being said abt his personal life...
I haven't been innocent in this reagard... But sometimes when you see cheeky comments about your favourite actor... Its almost like a reflex action to do the same

But FINALLY... I want the debates to continue... I dont know about others.. But I have great fun discussing things with the members of the forum...

dinky di - i really agree with you...some people do come here to just pick out certain post..(mainly because the post was made by someone they dont like)...they come on then leave a improper statement in there and wait for another obsessed fan (like myself) to comment on it and then slowly..starts this huge drama that becomes more personal than the topic being discussed....and those people seriously need help...and unfortunately..not only this post..but this world can do much for people who get thrills out of taking cheap shots at people online.!!

but in terms of personal life..to be honest i've seen a lot more posts regarding IQ's personal life than Neha's..(except the hottest people thing)..lol which even i commented on 😆 😳 ..(sorry neha)...but anyway commenting on IQ or Neha's acting should be something we should start doing.!!!...however its not really like that..nobody comments on their acting..they go straight to the gutter and comment on absurd things like love life...which is WRONG..and IF cannot be used as a method to discuss what IQ is doing outside the sets of kyph..(again, i didn't really notice that many personal life posts regarding Neha)...i stress on this matter A LOT..because a lot of people actually talk or have direct relationship with IQ from this forum...so i think we oughtta show more respect towards what we say..because face it..most people mix up hate for Angad with hate for IQ..if someone says Kripa is insecure..it doesnt mean NEHA IS...if someone doesnt like IQ because they think he cant act or something..i dont think anyone would take it offensively..anyone can like what they please..but posts and comments regarding very personal things..i.e who he should date and who makes a better couple with him...are really uncalled for...this doesn't only insult IQ..but a lot of members..members who bring IQ onto the forum FOR US..members who give us inside detail about the show....so instead of making them feel like shit with horrible comments..since they do so much for US already..we should treat them like any other member...just because we know who some people are in real life..does not mean we start hating on them be it for whatever reason...we can all be more civilized than that..

sana, u said the exact thing that i felt. i should say thank u for that. some people take everything seriously which r really meant to be funny or for fun. by saying abt each characters we r expressing our opinion, and not saying someone is bad! but in some way if i have hurt anyone i am ver sorry.
