Hi Guys,

I am currently in Cusco, Peru getting ready to tackle the Inca trail and have just caught up on Maryada! How sad is that. Anyway, I just had to share my thought that Aditya is very much his fathers son. Now that the story is unravelling we see Aditya as hotheaded as his father, who will resort to shouting and violence to protect the family maryada. The way he treated his wife Priya was merely the latest example of his behaviour which is uncomfortable to watch. What happened to the rationale and understanding man who supported Priya in her time of need.
Also, they need to be careful with not stringing the Priya, Adi and Brahma story too much otherwise it will loose its credibility and impact. They need to time it to perfection but it needs to come sooner than later as Priya is turning into the typical bharatya nari who sacrified her principles for the family maryada, rather than tell the truth to maintain her self respect, as was aniticipated from her character.

No, I don't think ADITYA is his father's son.
1.It is that he believes himself to be his father's son, as he thinks that his father is an ideal person. Which, we all know is not true.
2.ADITYA has certain principles and morales unlike his father which we got to see when he was being arrested.
3.Though he over reacts when it comes to his father, but that is because he doesn't know the whole truth.
4.I think it is the speciality in DEVYANI that he has brought up her sons so well, without the support of their father.

But, truly their only 1thing that I don't like about him is instead of shouting at PRIYA he should have tried to find out why she is behaving this way. When PRIYA is clearly saying that she didn't say anything regarding this to his father he should have believed her and tried to find truth behind their misunderstanding.

He always gets swayed away by emotions which is turning out to be wrong for ADITYA-PRIYA'S relationship.

Regarding this I shall say only one thing that is what is lost ie gone but an intelligent person is the one who tries to secure what is left. I don't think PRIYA needs to do anything at the moment when BRM is no longer a threat to her.

Even if it is for respect she needs to be quite till her relationship with ADITYA is strong enough to withstand high pressures. Otherwise, ADITYA will always be the cause of her weakness.

PRIYA is really going the right way, she really knows what is to be done. Their is just one thing ie she needs to be a bit more diplomatic and control her tongue, anger, emotions and everything.
