I know he was lecturing Jagya, not his kids. But his kids in both serials are minors, so they all need him, not just the one on crutches. Which is why he should have been here as well. And yeah, he can give bhashans to both Rohit & Neeraj, and just like one avatar of Shyam is rescuing damsels in distress in BAVD, the other avatar of Shyam can rescue damsels in distress here - first Shradhya, and then Sandhya. (Although honestly, Neeraj slapped Sandhya when everybody caught Sandhya trying to strangle Sarla in response to the latter's comments to Sandhya heard by only her and not the others of how her baba's murder was the one good thing the Jagirdars did)
I doubt there will be an RS2 - RS1 itself had low ratings when it was true to USP (about Sandhya being blind and it being about all sisters), and enjoyed a blip during Vrinda, and slid again after 7pm. The production house would have to be mad to make this serial for Imagine again - if you track this show, it has had the fewest promos of any show on Imagine. Sriti particularly should avoid doing shows for Imagine, given how she never got her due: first, she was sidetracked in Jyoti, and when she was the lead on her own show, that show itself got shafted. I doubt I'd follow it, b'cos the cast is bound to change to an extent, and honestly, it won't feel the same.
I'll check out your other thread in BAVD. Lot going on in that serial. Also, I took a peep @ BBGC, and it's pretty mediocre. I might watch it until the lead girl gets married, and then stop. I can't stand the hero's family, and the girl's dadi is one of those usual 'you MUST GET MARRIED' types. 😡 Check that forum and my thread 'Message of the show?'
