Is Sandeep the next Indian Idol?

As Karunya and Sandeep fight it out in the final round of 'Indian Idol 2' tonight, there is word that Sandeep may have an edge over Karunya.

Insiders say that despite Karunya's popularity on the show, Sandeep is way ahead of him in the polls. The voting for the final result started three weeks ago and will continue till 8.40 pm tonight. But sources say that the margin between Sandeep and Karunya's votes is huge. Sources also believe that because Sandeep is from Bikaner, he is receiving tremendous support from the North, whereas Karunya is not being able to pull support from the South.

The winner gets a Rs 1 crore contract from Sony BMG and will take home a Maruti Baleno car.

Come on ppl....dont believe untill its announced...
I'm sure newspaper sources are speculating on the basis of semi finals when sandy got really a huge margin over the rest two n there difference was mere few thousands between Karu n Anuj...and if I believe on what vote administration ppl and their agency claimed on other ocassion, no one wud know until they hand it over the final count to the sony tv ppl....
so is speculation.....although appeared in the news....
some after hour mix masala kinda news....
