This is real Manav.. He was introduced this way... He was never materialistic and was very simple.. I feel this is the only serial where the leads have shown wearing like this.. Very natural for a middle class or lower middle class families.. I remember Archana was wearing 3 - 4 sarees during the divorce saaga which went for 5-6 months..

But yes even with this they look so nice and aur hum sabhi inke deewane hai 😉..

Regarding Ekta making others wear same costumes, I feel middle class serial banathe banathe khud middle class ban gayi (production wise)..

Btw have u guys noticed that purple shirt in which Manav looks so chikna was worn by Ajit the other day!! 😕
