Chak De India, hands down from the list given! The matured look with the stubble went great with him.

But I feel his best look ever was his look for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, especially in the second half. The worst would be the second half of Om Shanti Om, the Om Kapoor superstar look was the worst ever he looked.
