Imagine TV has reality shows revolving around this concept. So, it's not surprising that Zee's latest serial Sanskar Laxmi is having a grand wedding between its lead characters Sooraj Purohit and Laxmi, played respectively by Rohit and Vibha Anand.

Buzz is that producer Rajesh Joshi has roped in popular Gujarati actor Hiten Kumar to be a part of Laxmi's wedding. The musical Jodi of Avdhoot Gupte and Pallavi Joshi will make an entry in the show and do what they do best - play Antakshri. The channel is also in talks with the Preeti-Pinki duo to put together a grand garba night in complete Gujju style!

The week-long festivities for Laxmi's wedding from February 21 to 25 also includes the Randal Pooja with a traditional dance called Athanga by a troupe of eight dancers. Of course, it will have the mandatory rituals like mehendi and fatana, without which a traditional Indian at least on the screen is incomplete.
